[Mega] Tryptophan and Dark Chocolate , 'e-diet'

Okay, I'll do one using this template for the last time i Rolled (16th March)

Info
Male, 80 KG, 6 ft 1 tall

Time since last use of mdma
63 days (Jan 14th - Mar 16th)

Dosage
1 x 100mg cap
+ 500mg Ketamine

Test kit gave instant Mdxx Positive result. Excellent mdma, a few of my friends had from the same source and really liked it too.
Results (1 means no effect, 10 means strong effect)
Eye wobbles/inability to focus: 8/10 I could barely even see when i was coming up I bet my eyes were bouncing around like a gooden haha. No Coming Up anxiety (worth noting i think)
Empathy: 10/10
Euphoric: 9/10
Gurn/Chewing: 8/10 Quite Severe, But, i werent really chewing i was just smiling for about 3 hours, my jaw was sore for a week afterwards
Sleep: 10/10 No problem sleeping, However i got stoned and took 10mg valium so no wonder why ! (I actually fell asleep in my shower standing up whilst i was drying off i was that tired LOL)

Days after
Day after: Lovely Afterlglow, however perhaps from the ketamine too
Day after +1: Still euphoric and smiling from the weekend
Day after +2: Still euphoric and happy from the weekend (ketamine afterglow i think)
Day after +3: Still happy and feeling some sort of afterglow
Day after +4: Happy but a bit lethargic
Day after + 5: Slightly elevated mood than usual
Day after + 6: Again slightly elevated mood
Day after + 7: Slightly elevated mood still
Day after + 8: Not so elevated, back to normal i guess.

Diet

Dark Chocolate: I eat around 20 grams dark chocolate Everyday, But do not eat any on the day of taking mdma, or the day before.

Chicken: Once in a week, not much

Turkey: never

Tuna: 3 times a week but each time a whole tin

Wild salmon, sardines or Mackerel: None

Eggs: Everyday, usually 2 fried ones lol (naughty i know)

Cheese: 2 or 3 times a week in pizza

Bananas: Every day in my Smoothie 1 or 2

Whey protein (Like that in protein shakes): None, cant afford that anymore really.

Sour Cherries: None

Free Range Beef: Never

Asparagus: Never (Shame i miss it Lol)

Avocado: Never

Pecans: Never

Pineapple: Never

Eggplant: Never

Spinach: Never

Walnuts: Ate some

Roasted pumpkin seeds: Never

dry sunflower seeds: Never

Oats: Every day in a Smoothie

Kidney beans: None

Beans - 3 times a week (a tin)

Potatoes - Every Other Day

Artificial sweeteners: Never

Aspartame acesulfame k, sucralose, sacharrin, and others: Never

Alcohol - Never

Stress - Been trying to not let myself get stressed out, been a bit selfish but na, i did get stressed out even days before the rave, due to circumstances changing for me

You need to eat more Carbs to help the Conversion take place! more potatoes and beans should help.

So 5000m wpuld you say the dark chocolate made a big difference? How was your tollerance before this?
 
hey guys, found out I was going to be rolling on short notice so I consumed 100g 70% dark chocolate the day before and about 30g yesterday, before rolling last night (not entirely recommended I know).

Pretty new to E (lowish tolerance) and hadn't rolled for a month, consumed 2 pills med mdxx 40 mins in-between each, and definitely felt quite a bit of anxiety on the come up (shaking, shortish breaths etc.) Not unbearable and at no point did I feel like spewing. Similar to above I seemed to feel alot more empathy with a bit more of a floored feeling. Would say it does intensify roll slightly, a +2 on the scale, but interested to feel what its like with more of a build up of dark chocolate eating.

Also I don't know if its due to dark chocolate or not, but I find I am eating extremely well the day after. I used to struggle to eat anything and would just stick to liquids but today was 3 meals without hassle :)
 
Well serotonin plays a big part in our appetite so maybe that had something to do with it, Maybe you didn't go under a certain level of serotonin like you usually do when you take mdma?
 
Well I bought a 100G bar last night of 70% dark chocolate from Lindt, its broken up into a bunch of squares. I don't actually own a scale yet of any sorts so would it be safe to just eat one sqaure a day?

Edit: Alright just kidding, im going to eat a square and a half which should be about 15G a day, its not 20 or 25 but it seems enough to me, I'll be rolling at the end of this month or early next so it seems fine :)

well it looks like my date i was going to roll was moved up lol so ill be rolling in a couple of weeks hopefully. so this diet better work sam lol jk man im sure it will. that or the 6 month break or that they 're yellow+ mints.. either which way all i can say is :!:!:!:!:!
 
Same. Doing 25g of %60 everyday for 7 days and then gonna try eating the stuff afterwards to smooth the comedown. Definitely excited to see what happens.

As am I since it'll be my second time really rolling haha, I've found 70% dark choco to start tasting good now.

just make sure the pills you take are defo mdma and not some adulterated shit :)

No, I don't mean the amino acid. (PEA) Phenethylamine is contained in chocolate. Seems to potentiate MDMA quite well theoretically. Perhaps the enzyme that breaks down PEA rendering it completely useless for the brain also competes with MDMA causing PEA to actually be psychoactive?
 
From my experience of eating LOTS of Dark chocolate then taking around 180mg and 150mg doses, with 40 day waits, It was a different mdma experience. As someone else has described it, A Psychedelic euphoria. A very much "I'm Floored, Im fucked" experience.

Not for the faint hearted. I really didn't enjoy the comeups they were extremely rough.

theoretically PEA isn't active in the brain without an MAOI and MDMa isn't an MAOI.
 
I think im going to try some chocolate + sun + mdma experiments this summer

In the winter i get a big hot chocolate everyday from starbucks or whatever... im not a coffe drinker... but i dont in the summer when its warm...
Never really considered that having an effect on "seasonal differences in my rolls"...

I have noticed the effects the sun can have on drugs.. most notably mxe... lying half naked in the desert in the summertime while tripping on mxe is one of the best things i can think of... just lay there with your eyes closed and soak up the energy of the universe :)
 
Have any of you guys tried raw cacao beans? I eat them now in lieu of caffeine/dark chocolate. They don't actually contain caffeine, just theobromine. They make me feel happy :-)

That sounds awesome! Im not a big fan of caffeine. The less caffeine i have the less anxious and jittery i am, but one cup of green tea don't do much. But i really enjoy dark chocolate lol.. Ill have to find me some of those when i get more monies
 
The "raw" cocoa beans(I assume you mean cocoa "nibs") you're referring to are not actually raw, as they've been roasted. Truly raw cocao beans are quite disgusting, and are not sold for consumption.
And they most certainly contain caffeine(and other xanthines) btw.
