My feedback wrt diet and dark chocolate effects with MDMA, this template might be useful for others following Sam's 'E-diet' to report back, please let me know if I forgot anything. Sorry if TLDR!

T: 1 x 125mg cap + 1x 60mg cap
T+30mins: 1x125mg cap
Yeah I know too much, but everyone knows what it's like when you're off your head - you think you're superman and don't think about harm reduction anymore... apparently it was imported MDMA - a sample went black instantly from marquis ez tester.
Results (1 means no effect, 10 means strong effect)
Eye wobbles/inability to focus: 6/10
Empathy: 10/10
Euphoric: 7/10
Gurn/Chewing: 10/10 (need to do something about this, my mouth is crazy it doesn't ever stop chewing or talking, it makes it too obvious that I'm off my face, at least I can wear sunglasses to hide my pupils in the day time (pupils aren't a problem at night)
Sleep: 10/10
Days after
Day after: Glowing
Day after +1: Slight tiredness and disorientation
Day after +2: Extreme tiredness and lethargic
Diet
Dark Chocolate: Ate 25-50grams dark choc basically every day at work Mon-Friday, I did have it the day before because I wasn't aware we were going to get on it
Chicken: at least three times per week
Turkey: never
Tuna: every day at work
Wild salmon, sardines or Mackerel: Atlantic Salmon at least once per week, never had sardines or mackerel
Eggs: Most mornings for breakfast and after workout/training (4+ nights per week)
Cheese: Bega "tasty cheese" on bread or crackers a few times per week
Bananas: Every day unless we ran out
Whey protein (Like that in protein shakes): Always after workout and sometimes beforehand
Sour Cherries: Don't think I've tried them
Free Range Beef: At least two nights per week we eat beef love it
Asparagus: Not often
Avocado: All the time
Pecans: Never
Pineapple: Not often
Eggplant: Not often
Spinach: Not often
Walnuts: Not often
Roasted pumpkin seeds: Never
dry sunflower seeds: Never
Oats: Every day for breakfast
Kidney beans: GF made a soup that had these once
Beans - Not often
Potatoes - Not often
Artificial sweeteners: Not sure
Aspartame acesulfame k, sucralose, sacharrin, and others: Don't think I had any of these
Alcohol - Usually on weekends
Stress - Can't really help it, part of the reason I use MD is to escape stress and relax
