[Mega] Tryptophan and Dark Chocolate , 'e-diet'

this post has got me excited lol. Next time i roll it will be 8 months since the last time i rolled. It will be 4 months of doing this dark chocolate thing , 6 months of eating healthier then normal. ( lots of spinach salads, salmon, whole grains and etc) exersising alot moar and just in general have been feeling really good lately. This and yellow + mints will be very interesting =D

Since reading this thread i have been eating dark chocolate quite a bit lately although i don't plan on rolling for a month but one thing i did notice the other night when having sex with the Mrs i had the most intense and long lasting orgasm ever!

Im sure it was the dark chocolate that caused this cuz it just felt so good i mean where your body just shakes kinda good! Lol
 
im sure i have accidentally used these two in sucession a few times after 10 years of mdma use...i am def excited to try it out though. i will report back.
 
Dark chocolate has done nothing for my roll so far. I've consumed quite a bit working up to the roll and the day of. I think when it gets to this point, it's time for a nice break.
 
I've been eating dark chocolate for the last few days and will continue to for the next 8 days leading up to my roll.
Really looking forward to seeing how much it affects me.
 
^Don't eat it on the day of or the day before though , It might make your comeup a bit rough ^

I am so happy to see so much interest in supplementation and increasing potency and effects with foods. I hope that many of you have hit the level of euphoria that i have (with proper spacing between taking your next dose of mdma) and that i rarely ever see other people reach when im out.

I will confirm that without waiting long enough between taking mdma, that you will lose 'the magic' and also suffer from negative side effects, even with a high L-Tryptophan diet.

Obviously the negative side effects and loss of magic (and duration of the experience) increases more and more the more often you take mdma, and the bigger the dose (and redosing)

Redosing appears to be a big no - no.

After waiting 63 days, being on my e-diet and getting plenty of sun as well as doing lots of exercise, i must say that 100mg gave me a very euphoric high for about 4 hours. Which is very impressive, considering i have been using mdma for around 15 months now.
So there you have it. With proper supplementation, waiting time and dosing just once each time, the magic remains after using mdma for a period of time as such.

perhaps the dark chocolate you had was not strong enough you need at least 60% by all acounts

I do enjoy them!! but i just like to make them as least harmful and more effective as possible. Trust me i really do enjoy mdma when i take it lol

I've tried 80% dark chocolate and didn't notice any real difference, the dark chocolate I usually eat is 60% - 70% coacoa. I think my big thing is not spacing out the rolls enough. I'm very very active, I run 10K, 3 times a week and bike to work (10 KM) 5 days a week, so it's not for a lack of exercise. I still eat Dark chocolate though because I'm sure it helps in building seratonin.

Did you know for sure if the mdma or pill you had was good quality and not cut or if it was even mdma at all? Maybe try a different pill or different batch of mdma then see how it goes
 
Oh my god it's annoying with all those people coming in and saying they'll try it out and let us know, and they're never coming back... Are they dropping dead or something?!? :)

I highly doubt that,
Ive ate 1kg of dark chocolate within 10 days of dropping.

Give me one hell of an experience, very very VERY uncomfortable coming up anxiety. I would never do that again.
I never eat more than 4 squares a day now lol (or up to 20grams)
 
My feedback wrt diet and dark chocolate effects with MDMA, this template might be useful for others following Sam's 'E-diet' to report back, please let me know if I forgot anything. Sorry if TLDR!

Yeah I know too much, but everyone knows what it's like when you're off your head - you think you're superman and don't think about harm reduction anymore... apparently it was imported MDMA - a sample went black instantly from marquis ez tester.

Results (1 means no effect, 10 means strong effect)
Eye wobbles/inability to focus: 6/10
Empathy: 10/10
Euphoric: 7/10
Gurn/Chewing: 10/10 (need to do something about this, my mouth is crazy it doesn't ever stop chewing or talking, it makes it too obvious that I'm off my face, at least I can wear sunglasses to hide my pupils in the day time (pupils aren't a problem at night)
Sleep: 10/10

Days after
Day after: Glowing
Day after +1: Slight tiredness and disorientation
Day after +2: Extreme tiredness and lethargic

Diet


Dark Chocolate: Ate 25-50grams dark choc basically every day at work Mon-Friday, I did have it the day before because I wasn't aware we were going to get on it

Chicken: at least three times per week

Turkey: never

Tuna: every day at work

Wild salmon, sardines or Mackerel: Atlantic Salmon at least once per week, never had sardines or mackerel

Eggs: Most mornings for breakfast and after workout/training (4+ nights per week)

Cheese: Bega "tasty cheese" on bread or crackers a few times per week

Bananas: Every day unless we ran out

Whey protein (Like that in protein shakes): Always after workout and sometimes beforehand

Sour Cherries: Don't think I've tried them

Free Range Beef: At least two nights per week we eat beef love it

Asparagus: Not often

Avocado: All the time

Pecans: Never

Pineapple: Not often

Eggplant: Not often

Spinach: Not often

Walnuts: Not often

Roasted pumpkin seeds: Never
