Howdy,
I too have had issues feeling anything from ecstasy, but also several other drugs like mushrooms, morning glory seeds, hawaiian baby woodrose seeds, and THC pills. The only drugs that tend to work are those that I smoke, so marijuana and salvia have worked perfectly well.
I've also dabbled in research chemicals and they also did not work for me orally, nor rectally. However, I found a method that worked for me, which was to dissolve my dose (powder) into water, hold it in my mouth for 1 hour, and then swallow, not necessarily on an empty stomach. Doing this, I got 2C-T-4, 2C-D, and 2C-E to work for me. Here's the thread about this:

I tried E a couple of years ago to no avail. I know it must have been at least an empathogen if not MDMA because I knew of people who had taken pills from this same batch who said it was the real deal. I took 1/4 pill as a test dose, waited for something like an hour to see if it would have adverse effects or if I would be hypersensitive, and then went ahead and took the rest of a pill. After a considerable amount of time and no effects, I took the other pill. In the end I got no effects at all. It's also worth noting that the whole time I was being impatient and anxious about the experience.
The second time I tried E was yesterday. This time I didn't have round pills with logos on them, instead the E was a white powder enclosed in a gel capsule. These pills are probably MDMA because the friend who acquired them for me called them "pure MDMA." While I know this usually means nothing, she takes pills every weekend and said that she had an intense trip with just a single pill. I'm quite certain I had an empathogen.
This time, my brother joined me for the experience, and he is just as resistant to drugs as I am, except that he can't feel marijuana either! Assuming that we would both have similar issues with regards to taking this type of drug, we administered it sublingually as described above. Not long after waking up, with empty stomachs, we each dissolved 1/8 of a pill in water and held it in our mouths for 30 minutes, then swallowed. We waited 1 hour, everything was good, so we each dissolved the rest of our pill in water, held it in our mouths for 50 minutes, then swallowed. We then each swallowed the gel capsules since some powder had remained stuck.
About 1-2 hours later we ordered pizza and ate. My brother and I smoked a bit of salvia, and surprisingly he felt nothing from it! I also smoked some weed at one point. As far as effects go, he felt pretty much nothing the whole day, whereas I felt nothing particularly special. My body felt heavy for a little while, but the feeling went away, and then my head felt weird for several hours, turning into a headache briefly. My vision also was affected on a few occasions briefly. After smoking weed, I definitely felt something deeper going on underneath the weed buzz, but it didn't develop nor did it last past my high.
I'm confused about why I experienced next to no effects when I both was not anxious this time and I used a method of ingestion that works for research chemicals while simple oral administration does not. I doubt it's because of the pizza we ate, and neither of us takes SSRIs or other medications. However I'm also wondering if the test dose each time could have created extra tolerance before we took the full dose and this may have been the issue?
I have two more of these pills left. I'm thinking of taking them both on an empty stomach using my method. What do you think?
