Technical Problem [MEGA IMG ISSUES] Problems using the IMAGE BUTTON: "Invalid URL"

How to insert an image?

Could any kind soul explain how you insert an image? All worked fine in the past - you clicked on "Image", pasted the URL and jobs a good 'un. Since the "upgrade", you click on image, insert a URL and the fucking thing says "Invalid URL" for every URL you insert.
 
If you type out
then it works. But yes, noticed the same thing.
 
Its all to do with increasing the underlying purity of the site, by removing superfluous things like the auto insert image they moved from 99.5 to 99.8 %.

I'm going to drop this one now as sam has already threatened to send the SS round ;)

Don't think I've ever seen you post an image Issy, what makes you want to start now?
 
Im having this same problem on Imageshack - I get the message 'Invalid URL' - I will try the
thing and come back if that doesn't work
 
ali being a fucking elitist once again.

i've also noticed a problem with pics auto-sizing.
posted a pic, and it scrolled off my browser window, figured it was just ff being stupid, but it looked the same on my phone, and i saw it with other pics too.
