[MEGA] Healthier "alternative"/homemade smoking devices

lightbulb method

Is the lightbulb method relativley safe like could there be left over chemicals in the bulb that you cant wash out or something or is the white stuff pretty much your only worry.
 
Heatgun (held 3-5 inches from slide/bowl) and Bong. Vaporized bong hits, my friends...very nice...but be careful with the heatgun when you are stoned...don't want any mishaps, now....haha
 
I made me a nice lightbulb vap with a 100W lightbulb and copper tubing, works real nice, i'm gonna go to the home depot and make a hause of one with a 200W bulb
 
The only light bulbs i have right now that are transparent are 25 watt light bulbs. I just wanted to ask if everyone are sure that 25 watt light bulbs actually are made of a different type of glass, than 100 watt light bulbs for example, and can tolerate less heat, or is this just speculation? Has anyone ever tried making the vaporizer with a 25 watt light bulb, how did it go, and did it break when you heated it?

For the guy who asked, id do D. Either put it in a ciggarette and pull out the filter, replacing it with a home-made roach. That or use some tracing paper, just as good as the bible.

Do you have an empty CO2 cartridge for a BB gun? If so, an easy way to make the bowlpeice for the bong is to cut off the end of the cartridge with a hacksaw. To do this, clamp the cartridge down in a vice and cut where the end of the cartridge starts to taper down. You will come out with a NICE bowl peice. This is probably the most important part of the bong.

If you need to make a hose, but can't think of anything to use, get an extention cord and cut off a segment that is as long as you want the hose. The, with pliers, start pulling the wires out of the extention cord. Then clamp the wires down in a vice and start working the rubber off of the extention cord. You will come out with a nice ass hose.
 
ohhhh man tuba mouth peice bowl thats amazing lol. you put a fliter in it first? cuz i bet some cronic could fall in there
 
with the lightbulb vap, i made one, but then i accidcentaly touched the glass when it was hot, flinched and it smashed on the ground and i dont have another clear lightbulb

are dusted bulbes completely out of the question?
 
im not a very experianced smoker, so this is probably a dumb question, but if ive got some bud and nothin to smoke out of, what is the easiest homemade thing i can make, and how is it made?
 
poper bottles are great if you can find an apropriate tube (wont be hard to find a tutorial on thoes soemwhere), or if you cant do that just cut a small hole in one end of a water bottle (not too big) then cover it in tin foil and dent it down a bit so you can put the bud in there. then just poke some holes in it and bam, you got yourself a pipe
 
Sorry to jump into the thread without reading the whole thing

Once whilst tripping on LSD in the woods with a friend we constructed a pipe out of a big puffy mushroom. It worked great
 
two ltr bottle of coke, empty of course..

we fill the bottom with some water, punch a hole twords the bottom to hold the bud and use the top to draw from. we also put a hole for a carb

works nicely in a pinch
 
i like using the apple because: A) its so incredibly simple
B) the weed tastes of appley goodness
C) when you get the munchies you already have a snack on hand
D) eating the apple might get you highetr, though im not at all sure on this
 
i just made a lightbulb vaporizer..

what's the point of having two holes, with two straws? i don't get why i cant just have one to inhale out of.
 
Laser pointers as pipes.

I am building a pipe out of a laser pointer, and I was wondering if anyone knew any hazards associated with this. It occured to me while building it that the inside of the laser pointer could contain lead. Anyone have any knowledge of this?
