Exactly. The law says that the dog can't be euthanized unless the behavioral evaluation determines that it is necessary. Therefore, doing otherwise would be breaking the law. I would think that you of all people would understand that, Johnny.

I don't think the word "euthanasia" is used properly in that context either. Euthanasia implies that ending the dogs life is done as an act of mercy to save it from the pain of an illness or injury. Killing the dog because one doesn't like it's behavior isn't saving it from injury or sickness, it's getting it out of the way because you don't want to have to deal with it. It's not an act of mercy.
