Do people these days honestly think Ecstasy, Molly, and MDMA are three different things?
Sorry "Thaton" i dont know what you mean here? We have to assume they are all the same. Unless OP sais otherwise.
Last sunday (19th august) i went to ibiza on a lads holiday. Over the course of the week i consumed approximately 3g of mdma and 10 ecstasy pills.
As all members confirm this dose is crazy. However, we dont judge people here we just help them with what ever the problem is. I can sympathise with how this mistake has been made in Ibiza.
It breaks the two most fundamental rules. Dose and Consequtive Days.
Just like Cornishman - Myself and MDMA are no more this is because of this exact form of abuse. Weekend raves and festivals are the worst temptation for this.
Ibiza I am sure offers a similiar temptation. Get fucked on the first night have a blast. Loads of drugs available so just keep dosing until you get equally as fucked on all the other nights. I can imagine there are a zillion cases like this from ibiza so you are not alone.
The shocks/zaps have stopped but my brain remains foggy and cant seem to keep up with my body. Can anybody offer any advice to get over this? My mood seems good, i dont think im having any anxiety or other issues but i am back to work on monday and i am worried that im going to struggle.
It does not sound to me like a long term comedown. I think you have luckily avoided this torture. If I think back to my abuse sessions ie 4 day festival fucked up on pills every night I remember the comedown being brutal just as you describe. It just took slightly longer than the normal 4 days to clear maybe 6-10 days.
The fuzzy brain may take a little longer. 5HTP for me I always found never a great success but my biggest comedown cure was EXERCISE and Oils such as Krill Oil and Omega 3. I think we actually all react a bit different to the supps. In a way you have to experiment a little for yourself.
The best advice I can give about the supps is research it a little on bluelight there are loads of posts with different suggestions. the exercise I think is the most fundamental with a good balanced diet whilst you recover.
If you can avoid cigarettes, alcohol, sugar, caffeine. I realise this might be a little unrealistic for some but you get the idea. just give your body every chance possible to recover and not more drug induced stimulation thats the key.
How long can i expect this to last and should i consult my dr or even the hospital?
I estimate for you another 4-6 days. Please report back to this post and let us know how you are getting on. This is only an estimation based on my own experience and your described symptoms. No anxiety is a big PLUS.
I would never advise someone not to consult a doctor or hospital. There is never harm in consulting a dr regardless of your condition.
The only thing I will say is my experience of doctors with MDMA related conditions has been they rarely understand anything about it. There is a danger they will prescribe you antidepressants such as SSRIs or possibley benzos such as dimazapam. I would not advise you to take either of these as they will hinder your recovery.
If the symptoms become more long term then is the time to consider those type of medications. I see it a lot in UK people visit their GP with drug related issues and their solution is always throw ad's and benzos at them in hope the problem goes away. I speak from bitter experience.

Please take a break now from MDMA for at least 3 months ideally 6 months.
Please dont make this mistake again. MDMA is Neurotoxic I am 100% convinced. Each time you do a session like this you can likely cause an element of un repairable brain damage. How much and exactly how is debatable but regardless of this it has the potential to be long term harmful.
Dont take E on consequitive days. If you can limit a single dose session to 150mG.
A week in Ibiza is a tricky one. I guess E up on day 1 light dose, relax, sun, sea drink,candy flip day 2,3,4,5,6 day 7 out with a bang 150mG. Ideal HR is breaks of 3 months between sessions but I think this might be unrealistic in the context of Ibiza.
When you think about it it requires an element of planning to not fuck yourself up next year. but.. as you now know this planning could make for a happier after math.
