Glad to hear you are getting on with things. Cheers for the update.

I would recommend you research Piracetam, Lithium and Neurozan from Holland and Barrett.

Please do your own research first but I think these products may well help you.

Omega 3 x2 day will definitely help.

Sorry to hear this is ongoing but you just need more time. It will go eventually.

Do as much exercise as you can this is also very important for quicker recovery.

If you are in UK get as much sun whilst you can :) this helps also
 
If you are telling us the truth maybe you could explain your theory?

Im no expert, from what i've been told

ecstasy - pills are mdma crystals + trace amounts of meth or what over other junk to enhance the pill + some binders to hold it together.

molly - a powder as close as you can get to pure mdma on a street level, ussualy an amber powder

mdma - the actual chemical compound in crystal form (3,4-methylenedioxy-N-methylamphetamine)

Please correct me if i'm wrong, i don't wan't to pass around bad information.

Ecstasy is supposed to be MDMA + inert binder.

Molly is supposed to be pure MDMA crystals/powder

MDMA is, well, MDMA.

MDMA (molly, ecstasy) in pill, crystal or powder form can be adulterated. Sometimes "molly" is not MDMA at all. Sometimes Ecstasy pills do not contain MDMA at all.

MDMA can range in color usually from white to brown.
 
Just to be 100% clear as we are discussing a definition I assume when you describe Ecstasy = MDMA + inert binder you mean Ecstasy tablet.

In my definition Ecstasy would be just a slang term for MDMA.

This is debatable however as I just looked up the meaning of the word "Slang"

Slang is the use of informal words and expressions that are not considered standard or professional in the speaker's language or dialect but are considered more acceptable when used socially.

If you are defining a "Slang" word by social acceptance then theoretically Ecstasy = Whatever your social circle defines it as.

On this basis the more I think about it the previous posters may have a point.

Of course there is no English Slang Dictionary saying Ecstasy = MDMA hence the discussion and uncertainty on what the OP actually means by Ecstasy.

As a result of this discussion I will now think differently using slang terms in HR discussions.

Ecstasy by its very definition as a "Slang" word. It could mean almost anything stuffed in a tablet as long as a circle of friends agreed on the definition.
 
Just while I think about it have a look into the following that might help you:

Piracetam
Lithium
Neurozan: (from Holland & Barrett in UK)
containing 20mg 5HTP, vit b1, b2 , b6, b12, d3, folic acid, zinc, iron, phosphatidylserine + others
all designed to help contribute to normal brain function and performance.


Do a little research as there are certain things you can take with the lithium & piracetam. From memory I think for piracetam its coline. For the lihium read posts from "First Bad Comedown"

All of these will likely help the brain fog.

I have just checked online at Holland & Barrett and it doesn't bring up any of those items as a single product. Do you know what the brands are?

I am going to pop in store shortly to see if i can find them.

hello herring. try ebay.co.uk make sure the seller has good feedback. there are some fakes reported on there

ebay for lithium.

the neurozan is a h&B product try giving them a call. unlikely they will have piracetam.

they also have good multi vitamins, have a brief search on bl for more info on the supps. B6 is one you need + others.
 
I managed to get the neurozan and obviously the omega 3 was easy to get.

I will have a look for the other products as advised.

It was 2 weeks today that I had the last of the MDMA and although I am much more comfortable with the feeling, I don't think there has been much improvement. As i have been away working this week, exercise has not been possible however i will attempt to play football over the weekend.
 
Didnt know you could get decent crystal out in ibiza was it any good?

I have to say that i had the best week of my life out there. Obviously part down to the fact that it's a pretty amazing place, but what i took most definitely contributed to it. Even with the way i am feeling now, i have to say it was worth it because it was good. That being said, i'm clearly no pro or specialist in drugs but 8 of my friends also agree.

I managed to get the neurozan and obviously the omega 3 was easy to get.

Good news hit that as soon as possible. Check the omega for dosing recommendations. You need loads of that so two a day subject to dose. FBC from memory advise 3 per day but as you feel comfortable.

Make sure you are drinking the daily recommended water intake. Buy decent drinking water not tap avoid all the chlorine etc.

Eat well. Do your own research for food + it will depend on what you like etc. The anxiety websites are good for food recommendations.

Exercise as much as you can!


Also make sure you are sleeping well. Seems a crazy idea but tick box all of the following:

The importance of sleep is this is when the most brain repair work is done. The better the sleep the better the repair.

Darkness (black out curtains if required)
Axe any phone chargers etc with LEDs no light!
Correct Temperature (heating / ac / fan) (approx eighteen oC)
No Noise (ear plugs if required)
If you drink alcohol not before sleep (alcohol is not advised but defo not before sleep)
make sure your bed is level (not tilting down or up)(use spirit level)

All these things on there may seem totally trivial but every little thing you do will help you get better.

One last thing piracetam and lithium are quite powerful.

Some dont like the side effect of lithium on the liver. Try half dose at first even quarter if necessary. Roll with this for a week and progress up to the recommended dose. Be ultra aware of yourself during this time for any allergic reactions etc.

Piracetam is not so dose dependant but just like with all new things treat it with a little respect and caution as well.

The dosage of piracetam is usually quite high. Try and find a cheap and bulk source. You may find non ebay alternatives. My friend cope has a uk based link if you cannot find.

Also I forgot to mention with the Piracetam + choline is also advised.

best to arm yoursef with choline also. It will be a bit of an experiment to find the correct doses for you. We are all different.

Some dont like choline some say just the omega 3 is good. i recommend you experiment a little.

Also maybe consider Krill Oil. I also hear good reports about this. My last come down I used this and it really helped me.

No harm in adding this to your supps. All the recommended oils are good brain food :) You will find Krill super fishey. You need to keep it refrigerated.

I also recommend you refrigerate the omega 3.

Try to stay sober for the next 2-3 days to let your body levels go back to normal.

Exercised Saturday morning and felt fine after. I even had a drink Friday night and it doesn't appear to have had any negative effect.

Brain fog is still present but has decreased drastically in just 48 hours.

I still feel the need to play my holiday music constantly, but that may just be down to the fact im missing Ibiza.

Off to play football again shortly, hopefully again this will have a positive effect.

Roll with what you have for now. Give it a couple of weeks. if no joy consider

Hi guys, its now day 20 and I feel 100%.

In all honesty I have felt this way since Wednesday, however I just wanted to be sure that it wasn't just a good day.

No more brain fog and my sleep is no longer interrupted. All in all it was around 17 days recovery but as you see above, after 14 I was feeling much better.

If anybody needs some help or advice, please feel free to ask, although personally I have to thank futura2012 and everybody else that gave advice and support.

A lesson well learnt.

I've been in this boat man, went for 12 hours two nights in a row at a major festival, drove home the next night, barely slept and dragged myself to work. Did 3 days the year after, but had the sense to take off from work for a week. Honestly, taking off from work the whole week was a mistake. Your brain is fine, definitely a little off-balance, but nothing helped me recover more than getting back into my own routine, working out and getting plenty of sunshine. I was worried for that week after my 3-night mistake that I'd never be the same, and I'd damaged my brain, etc. I think the guilt of knowing I had done something so stupid (I'm a strait A student, volunteer a ton, work really hard, currently in a top grad school) really weighed me down, so I'll give you the same advice that got me out of the funk. Just don't beat yourself up, you made a mistake and we all make plenty of those, you haven't ruined your life or done anything permanent. But you do have the chance to learn from it and it sounds like you already did that :-) So just forgive your little mistake and get on with life as normal.

From personal experience, a 3 day binge resulted in about 5 days of me not performing well at work, and being pretty stupid. Then all of the sudden after going to sleep feeling really down and tired on Friday night, I woke up with my girlfriend on Saturday morning made a delicious smoothie and went to the gym like nothing was wrong. And nothing has been off since then.
