MDA vs MDMA (mega-merged)

Does MDA feel similar to DXM? I took a pill and thought it may have had some DXM in it, but maybe it was MDA. I felt realllly tweaky when I was coming up, and started to feel a little nauseous. I couldn't process what I was seeing as quickly as I was seeing it, sort of, so frames kind of came together, and I was seeing trails. I still felt lovely and more empathetic, but no "magic" or strong sense of unity (although I mostly just got this the first couple of times I rolled, anyways). Afterwards I was more relaxed than usual. Does this sound like MDMA + DXM or could it have been MDA?

Edit - I shoud probably also mention that time kept on passing without us realizing and my memory of the roll was very foggy.

MDA is for me much funner, i love the time dilation that goes with it and the smokey effects i have had with it before, definately a drug too look out for ;)
 
MDA is missing the "moses on the mountain top" moments i get from MDMA. nevertheless, it replaces those with a speedier, eventually trippier combination which i enjoy a lot.

I wouldnt say that MDA and DXM are too similar. My only DXM experience (thank god), i had an aweful time standing up straight and my mood was waaaay trippier, there was no body buzz, and my mood was not elevated at all. MDA does elevate your mood, there is a good rush to start, and a great body buzz throughout. at least for me.
 
I don't like MDA and won't take it if i know the pill is MDA. MDA feels very "dirty" to me, no luv, and cracks the hell out of me afterwards. MDA does last longer than MDMA, but i'd much prefer MDMA for the LUV.
 
The Only Time I Like Mda Is If You Smoke Alot Of Good Bud With It Total Enhancement Of Music And Visuals
 
As if.... They both have good and bad points.
I would prefer MDA at the moment as I never get to have it anymore. not for a long time.

Combined the journey is pure bliss.

I disagree. While you may not get the same empathy and euphoria that you would on MDMA, you do get a lot of energy and some euphoria as well. The trippyness and the visuals make up for the rest.

MDA seams to come around a lot less often, and given the chance, I would choose to take MDA over MDMA just because of how little it comes around
 
A real dose of MDA won't be enegetic until 3 or 4 hours into the experience.
 
Judging by the descriptions given... I can say that I apparently got some MDA instead of MDMA last year. I distinctly remember that roll because of the wild visuals we got. Nothing looked "right" and I would have to stare at things for extended periods just to figure out what they were- very cool visuals :) We had no idea why that particular roll was messing up our vision so much, and just assumed we had gotten pills stronger than we had ever had. It was a wild night- hell I could sit on the couch and stare at the wall, and see the molecules in the wall moving and swirling. We had a blast... But the loved up feelings weren't there. Didn't matter though because we were having so much fun with the great visuals.

Personally... I prefer the empathy of MDMA. But if I ever (unknowingly) get MDA again, I won't be complaining :D
 
MDA is much better for raves/big parties. It lets you dance for hours, and I love a little mild tripping towards the end of the night. Also I don't seem to grind my teeth as much.

Only thing I don't like about it is that I can barely talk on it, for some reason I just can't speak even though I am thinking clearly, and I end up coming off as somebody who's had too much.

I would take MDA over MDMA anyday.
 
everyone is entitled to their opinions but please, don't put anyone else down for their preferences.

i find MDMA and MDA both very enjoyable but they're very different highs. MDA is longer lasting, more hallucinogenic and the comedown is a lot harsher than that of MDMA.

MDMA gives you empathy or the "loved up" feeling, it isn't hallucinogenic for the most part and the comedown is fairly easy.
 
Ok i've just pretty recently started taking x with a few friends the last couple months. All of us have different effects and i've searched and read a little bit up on all 3 MDMA, MDA, and MDE.

Ok so theres 6 of us,
2 of my friends get hit fast 20-30 mins and peak fast they are very energetic and very talkative and emotional. They always want to be around people. Lights seem somewhat crazy to them at the clubs... They sometimes get the feeling of throwing up but don't. Very touchy also. Their rolls lasting about 4-5 hours. Seems like MDA since they get so hype but not really dancing crazy, but then it doesn't last long so it seems more like MDMA. MDA/MDMA? Normally 1.5 pills. 1 Pill 1 of them didn't sleep for a day though.

2 of my other friends get hit about 30-40 mins and are in a very euphoric state and become very relaxed and like to sit around basically but feel awesome, they are emotional too. Don't often dance much.3-4 hr roll MDE/MDMA? Normally 1 pill.

Me and 1 friend well she gets hit maybe 40 minutes or so... It usually takes me 1 hr 1 hr and a half to get hit. Once we are hit... Both of us are off the wall insane, cannot stop dancing, get freaked out at the lights, very euphoric, not emotional(cept for 1 time), and don't care if we are dancing alone at all fun as hell! I'm usually pretty touchy I don't think she is really. I'm normally very restless more than half the times ive taken them not sleeping for days usually, but she can get to sleep right away. MDA/MDMA? I normally take 2-3 pills, she takes 1.

None of us have had really bad comedowns except for one pill White Naked Ladies where everyone felt restless and had strong back pains. But I took the same pill again another time when they ran out of whatever they took and I had an awesome roll with no bad comedown hangover but I was restless.

This is really odd to us because we are all taking the same damn pills everytime and our rolls with one another are always consistent. 2 people always have the same roll together and 2 have a diff roll together and so on, and it's always the same person who has the same effects. I always say I have the best roll haha.

Back pains sounds like meth because of the way it makes your spine stand for multiple hours, and that the comedown was restless.

Most confiscated ectasy pills contain MDMA as the main MDxx ingredient. Most common cuts include caffeine and meth.
 
Ok if you're all taking the same pills from the same batch then there is really no way that some of you are getting MDA pills and some are getting MDE pills or whatever. But if you do want to read up on the specific differences between these chemicals (which most people can't even tell the difference beween) you should read this, from the Bluelight guide to MDMA :)

Everyone reacts differently to MDxx substances and all the different experiences you described could be pretty standard for any of the chemicals in question, there is really no way for us to tell you what you've got other than saying the obvious: get a kit. If you are all rolling together all the time anyway then you can all split the cost and it will be well worth it :D

Also, if the back pains you all experienced were in the lower outside region of your back then it could be kidney pain caused by drinking too much water, you don't need to overload, just remember that your body needs water occasionally and grab a drink every now and then.
 
Yeah thats why I was so confused since we take the same pills/same batch yet have totally different effects. And yeah we have talked about getting a kit since recently finding this site and seeing the kits but not this holiday season we arent too broke lol.

Ah and I do drink the most water out of everyone normally so that would make some sense.
 
well if your all eating the same pills then the pills have the same thing in them....

people just react differently. not everybody is gonna feel the exact same way when they take a pill
 
Ok, so I have a few questions on MDA. I've done a bit of a search but wasn't satisfied with the info I found.

Does MDA cause your brain to dump seratonin in the same way as MDMA?

Is there a cross tolerance between the two chemicals?

What is the MDA comedown like?

If I have recently taken MDMA, would it be alright to take MDA in the near future, or should I treat it as MDMA and space out my rolls as I normally would?
