Does it ever affect you guys while driving?
LOL they don't come in "attacks" like you may be thinking, it's just if you stare at something patterned in the first place your vision doesnt stay still, your blind spot may exaggerate a bulge in the pattern then one may chase that bulge as if it were an eye "floater".
Human perception is not solid, there is all kinds of noise going on anyhow in the visual field and most sports/activities that might need visual importance are usually based more on reaction time rather than clear and perfect unmoving vision.
Golf might be difficult for someone with HPPD since they need to gauge a still target with moving vision but driving not so much since one should still be fine with distance perception, turning, and avoiding large moving obstacles.
On top of HPPD I recently have diagnosed myself as farsighted where I get double vision when I look at something like a face or to much text up close, I doubt this has much to do with psychedelic drug use and likely alot more with playing eye games as a child and staring at screens with poor posture far beyond the level of tiredness than I should be at.
