My computer was the same way when it came to watching videos. It was like watching stop-motion. I got rid of it and bought another one used from Ebay for less than $200.00. It plays videos fine. Even if I have multiple windows open. It even burns cds and dvds. Bid on a computer, win, watch Louie ...... ......... profit!

I love Louie, excellent program and comedian. It's one of those shows I'm anticipating every week and not just watching it because it's on. He is just dark but not just for the sake of being edgy, he has a lot of truth behind it.

Finally started catching up on this show. I really like it, its probably one of my favorite shows right now.

This is a great show, but NOT because it's several-laugh-per-minute funny.

It's actually more of a dramedy - you're supposed to connect with him as a frail HONEST human being.

With each additional episode, your connection with him (and your appreciation of his honesty) will increase (my prediction).

Episode 4 (or so) with a very well known non-American actor playing Louie's doctor is a scream, and the last few episodes of the season are all excellent.

I hope you give it a chance, and I hope you end up enjoying it.

I like Louis C. K. a lot. I really do. But this show is just depressing. Yes, there are a couple of funny episodes, but for the most part it's a laugh-free, downer of a show.

HOLY SHIT Loius CK strikes gold. This show is life itself: depressing yes, funny at odd moments and heart-wrenchingly honest about human behavior.
