is MS Contin good?

Has anyone had the green Ethex Pharm version of MS Contin? What would be the most efficient way to utilise these?

A 100cc syringe, godamn! I've used a 30cc one for shits and giggles and that was a pain in the ass. Obviously you meant 100iu, but i thought the idea of shooting up with a 100cc syringe was hilarious.
