Come to my club and deal......... there's nothing more fun than finding a "chipper" with 30 pills and a few hundred bucks cash. the security guards "confiscate" the drugs and the money for good measure and send you out the back door and we all have a party sunday morning and come down in the beer garden with the beers you'll have bought us.

what are you going to do? report us to the cops.......... then we inform the other club security guards that you are a chipper and when you try it at that club the same treatment.

So, the choice is yours. Fucked by the cops. Or fucked by my security and every other venue in the city.

[EDIT: Not necessary. hoptis]

Talk is cheap and with your attitude you sound like you shouldnt be running any type of nightcub.I wouldnt feel safe in your club no matter the situation !!

I understand that a club needs to make its money not also from alcohol and admission prices but what you just said puts you in the bad spotlight.

I guess your security also bash people that they dont like and when a patron is getting attacked themselves your security sits back and watches... well thats the impression i now have of you and your so called club.....

you gonna give us a clue on your club so WE all know to to bother going there ?????

you Fool ....

Yes, sounds like a song... if i'm not mistaken you have seen Human Traffic.

Confiscating the money. How do you do that? nice try mate your just lucky your guards haven't been done with *Extortion, Theft, Organised Extortion and violence through threatening behaviour and I don't think you could easily rob them in sight oof everyone so then taking them to the back room would now come under abduction and/or deprivation of liberty*

You think you're really ontop of your game when your bouncers are facing anywhere upto 10 in jail? nice work MR CLUB... Your best bet is to just kick them out of the club!

SpecTBK=D

Eubonics - not sure if you're for real mate or just talking your shit up. But you sound like someone who wont have many friends in a few years. You never know who you're security are fucking over. It all comes down to one simple fact. There's always someone tougher than you out there.

If thats how you want to do business then good luck in life cus you wont get far. thank christ where i come from you dont have to worry about this sort of shit.

I honestly don't see what people are getting so worked up about. Yes, what Eubonics has described sounds dodgy but that's the law of the jungle. You can't expect to seek the protection of the law when you're dealing drugs so don't even mention things like depravation of liberty or extortion.

Dealing is dangerous and even more so in clubs.

The sort of behavior that Eubonics has described is fairly common in some of the clubs I go to. People I know that deal in clubs regularly are aware of how these things work and take steps to try and mitigate the possibility of this happening to them by getting security on their side; usually by providing them free drugs.

As for concerns about payback by organised crime types. Considering the close links between organised crime and the hospitality security industry, don't you think that bouncers know who they shouldn't be laying hands on?

Invariably the one's most likely to be robbed by security in this manner are those who they know won't be able to do anything to them.

here is one for you guys how easy it can be to get pinched i was arested 4 mounths ago in my gararge at home was working on the car the dogs have come in grabed me cuffs and what not sitting on the car seat in a bag was fuking plenty up in my room where they walked me to so i could get a jumper there was money just sitting there fuking idiots didnt touch nothing.

i was aressted for a car chase car crash fail to comply with cbo and asult on a jack i was very very lucky

being a dd is a job but never look at it like a job cause if u start depending on it u will fuk ur self over for sure and if u do it make sure u dont get into cop chases or have any interest in other crime

Here are a few examples from experiences I've had:

A guy who is now a close friend - but was actually my first dealer - was selling 250+ pills every weekend. He knew the bouncers at all the clubs he went to (about 4 different clubs around Canberra) and provided them with small amounts (enough for themselves and possibly a significant other) to keep them happy. He was not in any gangs or the like, nor was he a member of any ethnic group which is renowned for 'sticking up for their own kind', yet he was never robbed and never busted. He was never robbed because he had a monopoly in the clubs he went to and never took anything home with him, he would pick up on his way and sell them all before he came home. He was also careful never to go in deserted areas when outnumbered. He was never busted cause he was very careful to keep it descreet, he only sold to a) Friends. b) People he had sold to in the past. c) CLOSE friends of people he had sold to in the past. While a certain degree of his sucess was due to luck, it was also due to him never getting lazy. He is now retired from selling and recently gave up taking also. Also he always paid for his products upfront.

My best friend is a dealer on a much smaller scale, he only sells @ 1 club, or to past customers. He is lucky to get through 20 in a night. He is also careful to never keep them on him, he buys on his way out and sells them all before he leaves. Even when out at the club he never keeps more than 10 on him. So even if he was to be caught, he could only be prosecuted for possesion not for trafficking. While he only really makes enough to pay for his own usage and occasionally shout one of his best mates something on their birthday or the like, he doesn't run any great risk of being caught IMO. Also he never gets his products on loan - always pays for it upfront.

An aquaintence of mine was at a club recently, and although he didn't usually sell, he had decided to buy 50 and get rid of them that night as it was a large event and he was going overseas soon. He was approached by a stranger who had noticed him selling a bit earlier and asked 'for a pill'. He went for a short walk with the guy outside the club, and when he was fairly sure the guy wasn't an undercover cop, sold one to him. Unfortunatly a guy nearby WAS an undercover cop and after seeing the transaction, arrested him. He now has a large fine and a very short jail sentence - which has cancelled his overseas trip of course (all funds spent there were wasted). He was told he would have his punishment reduced if he pointed out his dealer, he did so, and while the cops lived up to their part of the agreement, I don't think he thought of the other consequences. After talking to a friend of his dealer a while later, it seems the guy is going to have a harder time when he gets out of jail than when he went in. Unsure if he had the product on loan or whether he payed upfront.

The point I'm trying to convey is that I think if you are VERY careful about how you go about it, there is little harm in 'making some pocket money'. You still run the risk of getting caught of course, but they are not as great. Saying that however there has been an increase recently of the number of undercover cops around the clubs, as well as patrols, so the risk is increasing. Be smart people, consider all your decisions carefully before rushing into anything.
