I see this thread and I think the OP may have meant "Is EADD dying"? And I find it hard to disagree when the last post before this one, in the whole forum, was made 4 hours ago.
Others have suggested we've reached some sort of plateau. That other forums, with the advent of other social media, are dying too.
I think Urban75 totally disproves that theory. Largely, if not wholly, UK based it shows no such fall in traffic as EADD. So that's a direct like-for-like in many ways. Sure, Urban only has a small drugs forum, of which current and ex-EADDers make up a part, but it's political sections, it's arts sections etc show no such fall in traffic. It's a shame in many ways. Their politics section is largely dominated by Trots and Anarchists arguing with each other. Our CEP is full of white supremacists from America. Clique vs Fascism. It's not a nice decision. But, undeniably, their politics section is vastly, vastly superior to ours in terms of traffic.
We've suffered two years or more of people being turned away from EADD by ongoing events. It would be nice for 'the management' to acknowledge that and that they got it wrong with regard to a couple of people who were allowed, for whatever reasons, to run roughshod over this forum.
