I have a measly BS, "Ethno- Botany," although I have never even worked a single in that field . I initially began studying Botany Proper, because in Israel, when the IDF sends you to school it dictates your course work. Today is it is all "Poli-Sci" and "ME Studies," but back in the day it was science oriented, to develop our industrial base (I am 43).
I joined the IDF at age 16, 1983. I became addicted to morphine at age 17 after my 2nd wound, in Lebanon.
I served until June 30, 2007 though from during my tenure had 2 stints in the Reserves. My total military time was 24 years, with 11 as an Active Duty soldier, NCO and then Jr. Officer. I retired as an Active Duty Junior Officer, at a rank roughly equivalent to a US Captain.
I live on Mindanao, in the Southern Philippines (Agusan del Sur Province on the east central coast) where I have lived since July 07th, 2007. However, I travel alot. Usually if I am not here, I am in Cambodia or else New York City in the States. I have 7 children, 6 of whom are alive (3 in Israel, fully grown, 1 in New Jersey,USA grown, 1 in Tampa, Florida,USA in 3rd year of university and 1 teenaged daughter in Nuevo Leon State in Mexico.
We farm rice, trees (Facalta, a tropical hardwood as well as Mitragynine, we mill rice and corn, have a couple of retail feed stores and speculate on land. I also manufacture fertiliser and wholesale a byproduct off one of my tree crops.
That is about it.
I maintain with morphine, oxycodone or fentanyl when here, methadone in the US. Not much to do here, it is way deep in the bush, lot of fighting here about (4 insurgencies currently) so always keeping an eye on that as well.
