thanks for your info sweet p, your definately right 100% right. Try and stay off it bro, it ruins lives, also lol at the money i was allways broke also worst feeling in the world. Changing the people you hang arround with and deleting dealers numbers helps, thats what i done and now iv been drug free for a while. Its a bit wierd my drug addiction, I actually started off using extacy then smoking speed then moved on too meth, normally people start off by smoking weed but i never actually smoked it, most people find this kinda wierd, because weed is considered by many the gateway drug but in my case it wasnt even in the picture anyway keep fighting on sweet p you can do it!![]()
Hah, the first drug I took to get high was something amphetamine-ish(I have no idea what it was).
As far as loosing weight, if you haven't already gotten enough advice, here's my bit!:
Have food around that is healthy and filling, and have your meals planned out ahead of time(also being healthy and filling). It seems like most people don't do this, and end up snacking on unhealthy foods all day, and if you're doing that then you will never lose weight.
Also as far as endurance workouts, if your main goal is to lose weight, than going at a slower pace for a longer duration will make more of the calories you burn fat calories. People like Lance Armstrong and the guy who won like 7 Iron Mans do this to train instead of just killing themselves every workout(like they had before being so good. This also makes it so when you do need to go your hardest(as in, in a race), you are able to do better than if you had been going as hard as you could every workout leading up to it). Google it!
The hardest part of eating better and of working out is getting into a good routine, once you're in it it's not very hard at all!
Good luck!
