I might not be human.... help me BL!

No matter how many beers I drink, I still don't feel the effects of alcohol. It reminded me from the movie "Captain America : The First Avenger" because the superhero couldn't get drunk anymore. But when I smoke weed, it's different. I feel like I am high but in reality I still function like any normal human being sober. I like to think of it as maybe a genetic mutation or something to do with our genes. It is possible with our older generation mixing in with different races to produce mixed races can have some type of immunity to certain diseases or an overly defensive immune system. Sounds cool yes but we can't get high no more!! Where is the fun in that? Could it be that humans are evolving at a faster rate than the environment itself so maybe in the next 10,000 years we could be immortal from disease and viruses but not from war or murders.

TheUncreated - being amazed, leads a few directions, "grandiose" sure is one, so is "paranoia" or total disbelief and denial...

if you are as you sey, only you intuitively know what to do, fearing is not an option because its useless 99% of the time as it breeds ignorance and delusion. if you are certain this is so, you have never been any different then you ever have, you are still you after all ;) and what if i said i was the same "thing".
would you feel i should not be scared for the same reasons and maybe more of your own?
i imagine, and so ...

high doesnt exist in a place of constant expansion, also there with such self-reliance dependence of any sort simply can not exist, once we are "immune", fully adapted, or rather, once all humans are aware of their chromosomal/dna/biological what have you(?) ;) connection along the food chain, or with all other things in nature (much better) we will all be beyond the needs mother-earth has lovingly had to offer - the sky is the limit, getting higher then this, takes much more then the joint ima bout to smoke :-x it takes only the acknowledgment of the self as a true actual creative god in this universe...the one you are imagining atm...

god/God
Gs up when HLo's Down....you see ?

- I drank, in the presence of about 25 witnesses, 43 shots in 3 hours. And then gave up because most of the vodka was paid for by a friend about who's budget I actually cared.

Upon reading this my suspicions were confirmed. Stop looking for attention on the internet by making up lies.

Moreover, give meditation a try and make sure you're not spreading any sorts of lies to those around you.

I concur with the meditation piece.

Can I ask Simply_Live why do you say Make sure to not to tell lies?

I understand that it is a basic moral principle to be followed before beginning meditation (Satya), but as it is one of several (Yama) I would like to know why you highlighted this point.

Well, I believe it's perfectly okay to lie, but only when it's a half lie and doesn't affect the status of those around you or the status of yourself. Sometimes, a person can become disillusioned by their actions and spread and stretch the truth. If he tells these stretches of truth to too many people, they want to be shown these actions, which can harm the body should he go through with the "43 shots of vodka" too many times. He shouldn't do this very often, even if it is the truth.

Ok. Your comment caught my eye because I have recently decided to stop the lies. Downplaying virtue, a mark I have accepted since childhood.

You must be talking about relative truth? Is what you might mean by half lie?

I think OP wanted to tell this relative truth of 43 shots of vodka, because it was relative to his argument. In this case he must already think he knows the fact, and is trying to convince us! A hidden agenda.

^ There is no way that we can never lie. <-- And even that sentence can be a lie.

Relative truth is only truthful to you if you believe it's true. So if something is relatively truthful to you, then you believe it's true, even if that's "not really what happened".

I say it doesn't even matter if we lie or tell the truth. Just make sure that you're not going to make a fool out of yourself.
