I signed my first big deal yesterday, and my team had a bunch of tulips delivered to work today!

finally got one of my old pc's in working order again and 2 out of my 3 computers back on the net. now to deal with asus to get that laptop fixed under warranty
 
I FINALLY got a c-d player installed in my car today. The sound quality is great for one of the cheapest on the market.

Having not had a c-d player in my car though, it also meant I didn't have any c-d's :\. I felt it was necessary to buy one, while the dude fiddled around with the installation.

I had no idea what I was buying, but I picked up Brett Dennen's 'hope for the hopeless'. It sounded like something I need at the moment. I have to say, for a random grab, I am quite impressed. Could definitely have done a lot worse, it's a gentle, nice c-d with good lyrics.
 
picked up a new kickarse gaming keyboard today on the cheap from MSY.

Just finished an entire Semester length subject's assignments for TAFE in two days. Probably should have done it on the weekend instead of taking sickies but fuck it.

Now I'm finally done with this fucking Diploma I started in 2002.
 
Whoa, slow down buddy.
You managed to complete a diploma in five years. Relax.
 
Just finished a Diploma of Natural Resource Management (called Conservation and Land Management now) and next is a Bacheolor of Science in Conservation and Biodiversity.

TAFE knocks the first year off the degree which is pretty cool.

I finished all the subjects for TAFE years ago I just picked a research project which was too difficult to collect all the data for, got depressed about life in general, and gave up on it.

But I picked a new topic this half year and completed the research project. I also had to pick up another subject because the old Diploma subjects didn't quite line up with those in the new Diploma.
 
Macquarie because they're the only UNI that offer it by correspondence besides the one at Armidale which is far too far travel for the few small things I will have to go in to the UNI for.
