Pretty sure me moving to the city next weekend is a done deal.

I talked to both potential housemates separately (plus one of my friends lives there) and they both seemed alright with me and just needed to discuss with each other.

So most likely, goodbye to having cash, and here's to smog induced lung cancer!
 
my biggest smile for today came when the twins and their daddy had somewhat of an "i love you more" discussion... i sat back, watched and smiled.

my second biggest smile was also watching the twins play "extreme skate adventure" on xbox and then pulling off better tricks than most people when they are only 3 years old! :D
 
How good is it that fuel is cheaper at the moment!!

I saw it for 88.9 tonight! I'm sure its been about 4 years since it was that price up here :D

It's fantastic petrol being so cheap at the moment except for the fact everyone drives to work now. I have to leave at least 15 minutes earlier and am bumper to bumper the whole way in. It's a 45 min drive that should take me 15 minutes. I'm actually (secretly) hoping it goes up soon...
 
I was driving home tonight and there were these fucking idiots on the side of Victoria Rd offering a cheese platter to people stopped at traffic lights. At first I was thinking, 'oh just fuck off,' and then I looked again and realised they were friends of mine. They've seen me, run onto Victoria Rd and made me put my hazards on while they offer me a joint/ wine/ cheese combo. I ended up pulling over and hanging out for a while. Apparently they'd been trying for three hours to get someone to take some cheese and hadn't had any takers. I love my stupid friends. <3
 
I was able to communnicate with my p.o. and present her my Scientology anti- APA propaganda. She says her intellectual capacity is in the top 10th percentile. Its nice to be able to with my training tell her no, it's not happenning. I can confidentely "trash" any FUCKIN rehabilitative effort in town. I tell her about batting around the apa person for a solid 10 minutes.

I just went to the new pub that has just opened here, bought a schooner and won 40 bucks on the pokies :)
 
Sonofabitch, this time last year I was leaving for Ireland. Now I'm broke. Bad year. No christmas. Sometimes life goes up, then it just drops off...
 
My smile - i had an awesome hens weekend for my friend that is getting married in January
Friday night consisted of games, finger food and strippers and Saturday we went to lunch, pole dancing and then out in a limo to some awesome bars.

Thought it was all fucked up when our limo called us and cancelled half an hour before we were supposed to be picked up, but after some frantic phone calls to companies we ended up getting a much better stretch Ford Territory and then when we arrived at the bar of our choice we found it had closed and turned into a restaurant, but the guys said if we came in they would give us cheap cocktails and we could pick the music, so we ended up having the bar to ourselves, with cheap cocktails, free shots and cute bartenders!!
SUCH AN AWESOME WEEKEND!!
 
Spending time with my best friend which was long overdue =D<3

Really looking forward to more messy nights like that! :D
 
So... after leaving my job about 1.5 months ago, and having kept in contact with my boss, he's been talking about taking me back on board as a part-timer.

Today, this was 100% confirmed, 3 days per week next year :). I'm hoping to get into a tertiary course I've applied for, and if so, this should be a good balance.
 
I've just spend a wonderful long weekend with my nephew. It was his first major trip away from the folks and he had a blast. He is such an amazing guy, and i'm constantly forgetting that he's only 16. He even gave me some advice on possible tertiary study - go figure. :D
