Stimulants How to sleep on stimulants?

Can't use benzos while prescribed suboxone. What else helps counteract stimulants in order to sleep, fast?

(Stimulants I use, individually Vyvanse, cyclazodone, morphodrol)


Abilify? L-theanine? Kratom? Extra suboxone? 1g vitamin c? Benadryl?

Please help.
 
Stay away from abilify. Those anti psychotic drugs are horrendous.

Kratom is kind of a moot point.

Vitamin c will not make you sleep.

I'd go kava kava with l theanine and magnesium bisglycinate

Don't have kava. Was prescribed effexor and abilify but slowly went off bc Dr would keep me on forever and my goal is all natural.

So more sub? Sub cancels out a lot of the kratom but kratom has helped me cut down. Need sleep, finally relaxed but can't sleep and phenibut takes too long. Sulbutamine made me sleepy last time I took it but only tried once.

Noopept and alcohol?

Took 300mg l-theanine, 3 benadryl, 2 hydroxyzine. 10mg melatonin.100mg mag glycinate

I will definitely get some. What about cyclobenzeprine?

I took regular dose of stim but maybe days off made it stronger.

Thought abilify would help since it evens out dopamine levels.

Im not evryday user but close... Amphetamimes in morning and 2mg sub... Only with alot of weed before sleep i can do it... Suboxone seems to Wake me up and strangley acts Like stimulant even without using amphetamines with it , is that strange? I know you sayd no benzos but please dont mind me asking why?
 
Benadryl knocks me (and most) out pretty darn effectively if I have not taken it for a while. Occasional use for sleep works very well. Two days in a row loses much effectiveness for sleep and three days in a row makes it useless for that.

Cyclobenzaprine was always a good hammer to the head for sleep followed by a hangover. Still feels great if you've been having trouble sleeping. Never did it for days in a row, so I can't speak to that.

None of the above would work during the acute stage of stimulants for me, just in the latter stages of the comedown.

I took 4 benadryl in addition to 10mg melatoninnand cyclobenzaprine. Maybe slept 30 min have a long day today. It's like it all built up, I don't understand. Never had my heart rate stay up above 100bpm all night after taking 3 heart pills(150mg flecainide) from 11pm-4am. Maybe my containers got switched and i ended up taking 20mg morphodrol and 60mg ish cyclazodone.

I took 6 benadryl once for MRI and wasn't sleepy but before suboxone it'd put me to sleep like 2-3 benadryl.

2 day break must've really dropped my tolerance but I'm taking a break from cyclazodone. Just looking for a functional stim if Dr won't switch me from vyvanse to ritalin before I find natural alternative

Yes suboxone definitely wakes me up. I like pain killers because low doses gave me energy like 10-20mg of oc.

But you take enough you be relaxed and maybe sleepy. Or mixed with right things.

When I first got kratom I used online calculator for dose, said 5mg for energy. But I didn't take into account the 8mg or 12mg of sub I took earlier that day.

I was trying to cut down before I found out about kratom. (Prescribed 12mg but now down to 6mg almost 4mg with kratom)

Yeah I took that and nodded which I don't like, that was never for me, rather have energy than nod.


This is also y I say suboxone doesn't fully block out kratom like people sat. Gotta read how each affects the brain.

Kratom has over 40 alkaloids and together they affect all 3 opiate receptors in brain, mu, delta, and kappa
Suboxone, mainly affects the mu opiate receptor, but I am still learning, but I nodded after taking kratom and suboxone and I've never nodded before.

Suboxone and benzos I thought can put you in a coma but maybe that's what Dr say to scare us but both would depress CNS not stimulate, right? So maybe suboxone just gives energyvbecayse it releases endorphins, which is that not CNS. Sorry very new to learning about brain.

No, I know what you mean, but I generally just let it wear off and suffer. I've got diazepam but that doesn't knock me out.

Alcohol is tempting but I have a long & disastrous history with that, so I try to avoid as much as possible.

Often if you just lie down and shut your eyes - even if you think there's no way you'll sleep - and lie there for a while you will fall asleep. And if you don't, it's not the end of the world.

When I took sub, if I took it after 6 PM I would be awake tossing and turning all night.
 
Dose less. Stimulants are euphoric on therapeutic dosages as well, and these don't interfere too much with sleep. I'm talking about <50mg of your favorite amphetamine.

Or then 1st-gen antihistamines like diphenhydramine (benadryl) or doxylamine, hydroxyzine. But my experience is that these can make one very uncomfortably tired while still unable to sleep.

Kratom keeps you up, buprenorphine isn't a sleeping aid either. I would agree on to avoid strong antipsychotics like aripiprazole (which isn't sedating anyways) or olanzapine. Maybe use quetiapine at 50mg.
 
I'm a long time amphetamine user and I have found that once tolerance builds sleep becomes a habitual event at around 3am. And unless you have an alarm, that sleep will likely go to 3pm the next day.

What you must do is aquire some sort of sleep aid.

The best options
  1. Valium (Diazepam) - easiest to aquire (psychs hand it out like candy)
  2. Ativan (Lorazepam) - best for sleep and comedowns I find
  3. Xanax (Alprazolam) - Blackout and wake up with a terrible headache but no stim comedown (:
  4. Ambien - sort of iffy on this one don't know a whole lot about it but it is generally safe
Second Best Options (Over the counter)
  1. Benadryl - dont take too much or youll be seeing the spiders hehe
  2. Doxylamine - highly anticholinergenic and causes early dementia if taken for prolonged period (im talking years tho)
  3. Promethazine (phenergan) - very good option although can be hard to get from a pharmacy
  4. Sad music - works, trust
Worst Options
  1. Opioids - Just don't, it becomes a serious problem long term
  2. Tramadol - DO NOT take tramadol with stimulants or you will probably cuck yourself
  3. DXM - wtf are u even thinking man
  4. Alcohol - terrible combo in a comedown (in my experience) and you will feel so shit for most of it
  5. SSRI's or any Serotonin Releaser - do not risk getting SS, please you can die
In conclusion use this guide: valium --> ativan --> xanax --> ambien --> benadryl --> promethazine --> doxylamine

i once took 5-eapb 100mg and fell asleep 30min past onset. the same would happen to me on mdma, its to boring meanwhile. could be a little to less to fall asleeep if other stimulants are at work.

The night I posted this I didn't even tske extra, I took less, I'm just trying to find functional stimulant till I find an all natural one like pure oroxylin A. But I've been using oxiracetam for a couple months now. Maybe that is lowering my tolerance or fixing something that is making these stronger.

And yes I learned when I was a heavy adderall abuser to lay down even for an hour.

But I am laying down from 11pm-6am and nadda.. took 4 benadryl, over 10mg melatonin, 1 cyclobenzaprine, 2 beers, 2 hydroxyzine. Like wtf 1 10mg cyclobenzaprine knocks me out. So I'm really confused about this night.

But since I can't get benzos, I'll try quetiapine. Phenibut works but takes 4 hours and has a long half life I believe bc everything seemed weaker yesterday, and no sleep.

I maybe can't sleep through a night once a month or every other month.

Prescribed suboxone so I don't take opiates unless u consider Kratom one, but it's helping me get off suboxone.

I wish I could go back on my klonipin, maybe some day if I get off sub, but otherwise this Dr will not prescribed and I can't fail drug test.

I'll look into some of those others thanks.

My Dr is switching me to 30mg ritalin LA 2xs a day next week. So sleeping shouldn't be an issue anymore.

Definitely need to step back from the cyclazodone.

Wish morphodrol would get me through whole day but it's like the more I take the sleeper I get. I wonder if it interscts with suboxone. It's says it potentiates phenobarbital, which stated this is very rare for a stim and idk anything about phenobarbital.
