I always have a cup of strong black coffee every morning; can't function without it. Like to take a big dab then a nice sip of coffee then exhale.
 
Yeah I can't do coffee every morning I need some normal days and shit. I like the rush/buzz I get from caffeine too much to dilute it into a mild effect.

Dabs are always intense for me, thick as fuck. Want another but will probably wait and try to get more stuff done.
 
Had about 300-600 mg of codeine earlier this morning gonna skin up I love Saturdays
 
Feeling really sad and lonely so just had:
Tramadol 500mg
Dihydrocodeine 240mg
50mg CBD
10mg Bisoprolol (chewed to break slow-release)
150mg Trazodone
200mg Chlorpromazine
3 cigarettes
500mg Flucloxicillin
150mg Setraline
200mg Cyclizine

Hopefully feel more chill soooon.
 
Just had 120 mgs codeine should stack nicely with the pst and codeine earlier also had a tiny bit of certizine ceritizine like 0.4mg

I'm feeling ok? Kind of down, the usefulness of myself has seemed to burn out so I will either nap, dab, or take a xanax, not really sure what I'm feeling yet. Will probably spin the wheel of porn.

I literally am so high I just woke up from a nap at 7pm and drove to the clinic thinking it was 7AM tomorrow morning and didn't realize it till I walked up the door and it was locked and turned around and noticed the position of the sun.

It's a combo of the 24oz cans I'm sipping on, the new buds, the clonazepam, the gabapentin and last but not least the clonidine together that has me a little scrambled, but not that eupohoric. Just playing NBA2K19.

<- High but feeling kind of down too, odd combination. Evening out I suppose. Have alprazolam for whenever I want. Not sure what to do really, other than pass time.
