Thx Carl, yeah the pain is heavy bro 8/10 constant and the subs just don't touch it. I've been on them for up to 2 weeks and never much of anythink except that first time I tried one for shits and giggles, I was fucking rocked and passed out, I think it sent me into acute wd that one time cause I was sweating and cold and all the signs, but I was fucked up too it was crazy. My buddy didn't tell me I had to be opiate free for awhile (some friend huh) but now I can take a sub about 6hrs after last oxy , this is abnormal from everything I read here I know but it doesn't send into wd or nothing. It just blocks opiates it seems , like it's supposed to, is that really strange or do others do the same thing? I wouldn't advise it to anyone new to subs, just wait the time.Subs seems better for pain when you're used to them. When you're switching from a full agonist to a partial agonist like sub, I think it's always going to feel like it's not providing the same level of pain reduction. If you take a few days to get used to them, for me it's usually 3-4 days (the length of time to get oxy or heroin out of my system). Then I feel a lot better again and they seem to provide some level of pain management.
I do know a few people that take sub for pain management. They opted to go with that route instead of something like oxy. It's definitely going to depend on how much pain you're in and what type of pain issue you're dealing with.
