1g Soma (2x 500mg hard as hell to break, even with the break line on it.

Obviously not all at once but spaced out from 10am (it’s now 4.30pm).

Also that’s me for the pills today, just hitting the nic salt vape the odd time.

Still a bit wonky from the nitrazepam and 900mg pregabalin I took yesterday. I got ripped off yesterday when buying some coke last night grrrrr I hate fucking charvas!

The pharmacy doesn't open until 9 so 95mg methadone will be added in an hour.

Then I'm going looking for the fucker that bumped me on the coke.

Did something to my back racing after my wee girl and pulling her back from the road, my wife is away at the hospital for a check up for our second so can’t really do much for pain relief (suppose low dose ibuprofen or Tramadol until she’s back).

Damn this pain.
 
May have got bunk Tramadol or I’ll wait a week and see if any effects arise.
