9mg of bromazepam few hours ago
I am going to snort 5mg of zolpidem, 1 gravity bong and play videogames for 2 hours and then i am going to bed

I only take a dose that high if I'm mixing it with stimulants, tbh. It gives me increased euphoria, reduces/eliminates anxiety, and provides a solid mood boost. If I am taking it by itself, I dose 200-250mg and it's strictly for mood boost and anxiolytic purposes. I don't like taking more than that or else I end up falling asleep.

It definitely helps with stim anxiety. Never combined it with MDMA but if it helps me with things like MDPHP, which easily triggers anxiety, it should be good for M too.

I found it super helpful with the acid come up, I also get anxiety from that (though I've normally just pushed through it before). Doesn't take a strong dose or you could dull the LSD.

Barely done acid, had 2 bad trips aged 16 and 26 that put me off hence why I waited 10 years to try again, then waited till I was 40 to have another go, it's the as anxiety on come up makes me have a bad trip, then I had a tab the other day but ate clonazepam too so no visuals, then took another the other day same thing so much clonazepam for breakfast then took acid and it didn't do much at all, next day took another which done nothing because I hear you can't do acid two days in a row

Hungry as hell as I ran across some meth and traded some stuff for it. It was good (not like the good ol' times, though) and stayed up all nght off that shit (.8g). Still got some but the way things are going in my neck of da woods... better be alert and ready to blast first.

Yeah tolerance builds immediately is my understanding. Give it a couple of weeks to fully reset tolerance, then 250mg of pregabalin when you're dropping the acid and one tab. Try not to take any benzos that would still be active by the time you're ready to take the acid or that'll still dull the trip. And most of all, if you're not in the right head space just don't take it.
