Taking a day off kratom, it's been 4 days in a row (but only 2 x 3 grams each day). I feel a little jangly so I've taken 600mg of gabapentin (over the last 40 minutes) and will take 300mg more soon. I have band practice at noon, should be working by then. I also took some black seed... I keep hearing good things about it for opiate w/d. I will say that emotionally I feel fine, just kinda average, I just feel a little creepy-crawly. And the gabapentin definitely hasn't kicked in yet. I would just take gabapentin for a week and skip the kratom, except that due to past phenibut dependence, I will get gabapentin withdrawals so I have to do a dance...
Also took a multivitamin, DMAE (acetylcholine precursor), a bit of noopept, super green powder, 150mg of caffeine, 14 medicinal mushroom blend powder, and fish oil. Went shopping at a store closing sale with 50% off all supplements yesterday with my girl. I've been using this app called Chronometer that tracks your diet and found out I am not getting enough of some nutrients with my diet.
Soon I am getting some iboga TA extract, and I'm going to microdose for a while, use it to help me get back to where I was after my flood dose in 2014, when I changed my life around and got really healthy. Best years of my life, I'm gonna get back there. Too much trauma the past few years, but it's in the past and it's time to move forward.
I like how it's all cartoony, lol.
I love 2C-C, it's one of my faves. I find it usefully introspective almost every time, even when I'm only trying for recreation (as it's also very recreational).
