Actually feeling very fucking good considering how I felt 2 days ago....

All day long I took only approx. 1.5g phenibut, one opms kratom cart earlier this afternoon, which made me feel horrible. Worst primal panic ever... Dunno what's up with that. Also smoking some of these cheap CBD cigarrettes(that works surprisingly well) and a few cups of kava.

I have been in the throes since Thurs... Complete panic and primal fear. I figured out that it was simply the xanax rebound. I'm stable on a low dose of phenibut, with only 2.5 weeks use, xanax withdrawal over and pretty much done with the fent dope and kratom for that matter. More often than not I can only handle low doses and even this give me absurd insomnia.
