16km bike ride

almost got run over by cagers a couple times but that's normal

weights training later? dont know dont care
 
Rode a trail today. Sucked the whole time, because it was about 110*F out. I made a 12' drop though and landed it. Snapped a bearing and bent the rear wheel though. Ordered a new bike after. Time to retire the old 500.
 
2 min 45 plank which sucked...I have to raise up into yoga plank several times :(
3 sets of a sequence I posed a hundred of posts ago.
 
Cardio workout, weights, situps and squats. Zumba dancing at night
