How did you get off your butt today?

i set up the beach area @ the park i maintain. included swimming lines/buoys, lots of carrying heavy concrete anchors out into deep water. fun stuff
 
^^Holy shit man that is one hell of a cardio session, nice job! Besides the pain I bet you felt pretty damn good after that.


Been slacking again on my HL posts, but still been hitting the gym at least 5 times a week.

Today, 45 minutes weight training and 30 minutes incline walking on treadmill.
 
How did I get off my butt today....

I woke up drank a cup of coffee, did some walking with the lil one gawd it was a beautiful day.

Still feel it today. Felt great when I finished and drank a protein shake though. Just hated waking up this morning.
