half an hour run it's nice outside! situps biceps training and squats
 
Nah I was running with about 20 others which makes it easier to get through.

2 min plank
3.2 mile hike with the dog

extreme cardio, 100 squats and 300 crunches :) speaking of sweat my shirt was extremely wet lols
 
repeating the same routine as yesterday with additional weights :D
