How did you get off your butt today?

Did a bit of vacuuming, bit of tidying up the ol' "study" upstairs, which looked as though it had been organized using a wood-chipper. I'm sort of disappointed, really. No longer does it possess that "squatters den for schizoid crack-heads" charm I'd grown so found of. But you know what guys? I've faith that given enough abject negligence and exposure to my generally slovenly manner, in time it will regain its former splendor. I think I'll get the ball rolling by blowing my nose into a paper towel and missing a jump shot into the waste basket.
 
155 squats and 12 push ups

I have been so happy with how my body looks on paleo that I have been slack with the exercise
 
did chest, shoulders and triceps again at my old gym yesterday. today will be my last visit, doing to do lats and back and bis. next week, new gym :D
 
30 minutes weight training. Should have done more but for some reason it was really hard today I was very tired.
 
It was a 6.5 mile race which I finished in 58:36 Top Female for 40 and up. Groin is no worse and feeling good today.
180 squats.
 
Fuck I haven't been posting my workouts lately, but I've still been at it lol. I've come to realize exercise is really addicting, like when I see videos of people exercising I get a craving for it and even feel a little dopamine release in my brain!

45 minutes weight training followed by ten minutes of push-ups.

ADD: Ran 3 miles in 26 minutes

pushed/carried my 2y/o around the city for three hours yesterday as we joined the mayday parade through the city.

new gym today, can't wait. already a bit overstimulated with all the new toys i can play with.
 
I just mapped out the route and it was perhaps closer to 9km. It took maybe 80 minutes? It was pretty leisurely; I was wearing sandals.
