How did you get off your butt today?

yay for new gym. hit chest shoulders and triceps. i have the time now to work to almost failure. from desk to gym floor is five minutes :D :D felt great pump. noticeably more than in the old gym. nice new equipment too, and not too many people. i like it.
 
did a little autocross racing today. it may not sound physical but i promise after 3 or 4 runs your dead tired from trying to keep the car under control.
 
L2R are you doing City 2 Surf?

I've just started my training for the 14km trek... want to smash it out in 70 mins, which is 12km/h. Gonna have to really push for that.
 
funny, when i saw you posted last, i thought about asking you this very question!

i plan to. 70 is a real good time. the best i've done was about 85, but that was when my run training was short distances (<10kms). i'll be focusing on 14-16km runs every weekend til then. no need to continue my 20km runs.


the chemical brothers live in chile is a great city to surf set. i've run it listening to it twice. =D hopefully i don't cramp up after heartbreak hill on the steep descent down to bondi, like i have most times.
 
I run a 5K every day with my dog. We made a pact to do it together! (We're slowly building up to a 10K! Eeeeee!)

Also, I alternate between the "pilates in ten" series (mainly ab attack), and Carmen Electra's "Fit to Strip" DVD (which includes a LOT of squats and pushups) during lifeguarding season because I'd rather be toned and muscular than thin.

16km is my favorite distance to run when I'm in enough shape to finish it without dying. I wore my Dig Your Own Hole t-shirt yesterday ;)

Today I didn't really get off my butt. An all too common occurance recently.

7km of walking today

today I ate two bran muffins, almonds, a giant salad, slice of toast with 2 eggs. chocolate soy milk. drank about 5 litres of water.
 
i left a alcoholic stupor to attend a Government Charitable org.
i learned about People in pinellas County ( inmates in our prisons who r hep 2 tax codes on Military and the elderly ) EExXX-perts that have gained attention from FEDS on stealing tax returns.

300 chest to floor burpees

39 minutes, 26 seconds...

I did that between 5:30 and 6:30 this morning, it is now 9pm and im only just starting to feel "OK"
