How did you get off your butt today?

45 minute back and bicep weight session. Will be doing one hour cardio on the elliptical later today after school and work :)
 
I did 20 minutes of pilates today which made me feel pretty good, but I'm still recovering from a few weeks of benzodiazepine withdrawal. Slowly on the mend. I can't wait to turn this fat into toned muscle again! Feels good.
 
^^I know Ive read your stats. It seems like you have a kick ass metabolism (jealous). If you eat alot of shit (pizza, burgers, etc.) do you get fat?

the extra xmas fat is almost all gone, now to get rid of the old tyre.

no I dont get fat per se but I get round. as in I've eaten nothing but garbage when I was 18 and weighed in at 150. I have a great metabolism. though getting in calories is kind of a bitch.
 
first chest, tricep and shoulder day of the year, and it's 44C outside and my gym has shitty aircon.
 
back squats, deadlifts, pullups, and abs.

i got the working out on the reg down pat, so it's time to dial in the diet so i can be beach ready by july.
 
I spent the last 5 days in Mexico...ran 12.3 miles on the treadmill, lifted weights with my husband, kayaked about 30 min on the ocean, walked about a mile on the beach, 60 min water aerobics class, (2) 45 minute Pilates classes. It was easy to eat paleo while on holiday. In the airport, was another story. I didn't gain a pound :)

I want a Garmin watch. Any suggestions?
 
woke up to a bad start (cookies and guacamole doritos with the morning tea).

after and epic bong toke I barfed up green baby shit looking/textured vomit.

so I decided 30 minutes of punk music and lifting weights + bodyweight exercises was in order.

started adding balance training for fun. watch your toes wiggle as you stand on one foot.

feels good man. shower, then a nice walk for rice&beans provisions.
