yesterday, 36reps x 3 (3 sessions throughout day) pushups - alternating between inclined, fist, wide, isometric and diamonds,
2 x 25 shoulder shrugs, 150 dips split up into 30 reps, 50 squats, 2 minute horse stance, aaaaaaaaaaaand tug o' war with my great dane for around half hour.
5 tibetan rites of rejvenation for my hangover, followed by 7 asanas for balancing the chakras(cheers PiP), and harnessing the energy flow through them a bit more (crow pose/crow squats, frog pose, camel pose, cobra pose, guru pranam, sat kriya, and a stretch as if you were going to do leg raises.
aggravated an old rotator cuff injury so my activity is limited for a bit :/ basically did some minuscule house chores and spent time with close friends. :D
10kg weighted alt shoulder presses x 50
150 dips, split up into reps of 30 with 1 minutes rest in between
50 squats, 50 shrugs, 50 10kg (each hand) weighted shrugs
60 press ups (dimaonds, wide, fist, plyometric and standard)
50 lat rows (10kg each hand), broken up into 2 sets
24 alt hammer curls to finish off my day.

300 push up workout in under an hour. Aaa that shit pisses me off. Took a week off ate unhealthy + all the dope and pills is lowerin my test. I gotta straighten up and get back into the game seriously!
That's why I posted that I walked 5 miles w/ my mom. Wouldn't dream of wasting your time like that, CotB I only mention these things as an addendum to whatever I've done today, but if that isn't allowed then I apologize and I will refrain from it in the future.
So I started the Insanity workout w/ my friend this morning. Unfortunately the gross bag of chips mentioned in last post totally defeated me and I was only able to complete 15 minutes of the fit test. I was still able to get a decent work out from the fit test however, and will attempt it again on Wednesday having made better choices tomorrow night.
