Dragging ass this morning.. Recovering from the weekend.

Come back and report to us when you've done something physical. This thread is to talk about what we've done - in the past sense. :)

Didn't realize how picky this site was.. Wheres the i instruction manual? You can't view my post from yesterday cause it was edited. I did struggle to get up yesterday as I had posted. The good thing is I finally did. I went I did and 1 hour of advance cross fit and gave physical therapy to 6 surgery rehab patients. Hope that's physical enough!!

Well, I took the train with my bike all the way from san jose to san fransisco and spent the day riding around (my bike) the beautiful city and people watching for 8 hours by myself. Thought of my girlfriend and was crying while on dope, which never happens to me.

And sorry for this drug post but, I think it is quite relevant to this thread.

Unfortunately I went there to slam a couple bags and eat really fattening food. Blew $120 bux today !

^sorry for that experience and all, but no it's not relevant here. check 'how were you productive today' in the lounge for a shade more appropriate thread for that kinda "getting off your butt"

Strongest mussel in my body ! ;)

lol that conjures up a funny image.

Anyways, with college finals and all that shit I had another off week as far as working out was concerned. Finally got back into it today, with all the downtime I just did some HIIT, pushups and bicycle crunches. I'll leave the weightlifting to tomorrow. I have nothing but time now.

I think that's it ^ A crunch is like an abbreviated situp.

3-4-dihydroxyphen, what do you do for your interval trainings?

isn't it amazing what you can do w/ ZERO equipment, at any location? :]
/have always thought crunches=situps..what am i missing?

What SirtophamHat said, I feel like crunches are a little less effort than the sit-ups. I have no idea if they provide different benefits. But yeah, I don't really like the gym experience, and I prefer to do cardio exercise by my lonesome, or w/ a close friend.

i prefer solo to gyms any day of the week, no doubt. when i actually had my own house, i had a very very sweet gym setup, and couldn't fathom lifting in a public setup, where i'd have to wear more than underpants, share the equipment, and not be able to have the remote to the stereo or access to my kitchen/bathroom :)
