well, did a ~3mile variable speed/intensity HIIT-styled run last night, zero worrisome pains today >:]
think the past ~1wk has been a solid 'back in action' conditioning, almost feeling ready to start jacking up intensity and volume :]]]

are you guy?
kundalini yoga eh? yes i imagine i would count that, and it def opens the door to more exercise no? >;]

I still don't know, I couldn't go as I was sketching for like 11 hours yesterday...so NEXT week I will find out if it could be classed as exercise like hatha yoga.

Just done 3 rounds of Tab's above workout. Feeling pumped, and in 2 hours I got astanga vinyasa because I didn't do any yoga the past few days.

you my friend could meet the requirements for our military's physical fitness tests.

You serious? Hahahahah.

Tried to go back to judo today for the first time since my accident, so first time in like 2 years...and now I'm stuck in bed unable to move, might have to end up going to the ER. I'm such an idiot. Should've realized when the doctor says no more judo, it really means no more judo. :(

I am serious lol. I'm sorry to hear you're hurting :( anything I can do for ya? massage? ice? ointment? massage? :)

45 min weight training, one hour elliptical high intensity. I fucking hate cardio so much but the feeling after is sooooo good. I am like...nodding :)

10.8 mile trail run in under 2 hours (according to the guy I was running with).
The longest I have ever run was 7 miles last year.
Trail half marathon in May should not be a problem.
