50 plank walks, 50 squats, 1 hour cardio and 400 russian twists

Cardio, 50 woodchops and 500 russian twists
 
Cardio, 4x 60 second planks 100 russian twists and 500 crunches
 
1hr cardio 50 lunges 50 donkey kicks 500 russian twists
 
After work - 1 hour cardio plus an hour training session with my personal trainer ;)
 
I didnt because I woke up at 3pm and it's already getting dark...

half an hour on one of those stationary bike things

How do you all find places to go and run and shit, I cant imagine myself ever running down the road for exercise

Dumbell exercises and other fun stuff depends on how I feel. I want to rest the other parts of my body that I worked on yesterday so we will see how I feel.
 
10km run for the second time in 5 days and my weak knee seems to be holding still! If I can keep this up another week I'll up the mileage a little
