How did you get off your butt today V.2

8,5km run in 35mins. Knee still seems to agree with what stress I'm putting on it which puts me in a really good mood!

Planning to do a full body workout today including dumbbell exercises, squats, crunches/russian twists, planks etc I am not planning to do cardio as I have done it last night but we'll see :D
 
I'm bout to go on a 20 mile bike ride


Wish me luck, pray for me, and send me positive energy so that I don't die of exhaustion or a heart attack, or get robbed and stabbed, or arrested.

rolled out of bed.
stretched for 5 minutes.
meditated for 15 minutes.
made french press coffee. strong. drank it while reading my book.
went to work.
after work--hot yoga for 90 min
 
dog walk/run!

25 mins and i brought a poop bag for the first time in ages, i remembered it!

gotta keep bulma happy :p
 
Gonna do a full body workout today not too sure about cardio but we'll see how I feel
 
Sit ups 5 sets of 50
Bum lifts 50
Obliques 5 sets of 50
Bench press 5 sets of 25
Butterly 5 sets of 20
ran 2 laps of oval the rest walked/jogged
 
Off to the gym today if be doin another full body workout plus cardio.
