Amazing! I had enough sleep last night! Skin is glowing and ready to conquer the day by exercising haha!!!

Full of gratitude. I just spent the day at a conference for people fighting cancer, cancer survivors and their support /caregivers. The focus of the conference is healing mind/body/spirit and it was so incredible to sit in a room of hundreds of people that are living with their own death front and center in their lives and to feel the laughter and joy and outrageous humor that persists. For all of our faults and weaknesses we humans can be pretty amazing.
 
Sad that I discovered paradise only to have to leave after 3.5 days. I miss the festival a lot. :( I didn't expect to feel this way afterwards, it's a little intense. But worth the extreme beauty and community connection of the experience. <3

awww poor darling hehe you should be happy that you went there while I am slaving at work :(
 
Positive. Today I felt good wasn't hit with extreme fatigue. Best day physically in 4 months. Hope it continues.
