Quite honestly, I think a few will. Now that I have a constant supply for heroin at a cheap price (before I had to pay insane prices, and drive hours to get it) I have straight A's in college and am holding down a good job. Heroin isn't like other drugs in that it debilitates you... it is something you would have to experiece to understand - but if there were clinics for heroin like methadone i am positive addicts would contribute way more to society than they do now.

I'm sure most people would take a free line of coke over nothing. I wouldn't, but I'm sure many would. Doesn't really help with withdrawal, but it's just like addicts who shoot alcohol or water (or so I hear).

Again, sorry for my ignorance. I honestly thought H users did not use coke or crack often.

You are probably right about the people on this site, but blue lighters are generally a different, rarer, but also superior brand of drug user.

One big reason for the dual-addiction with heroin/crack in my area is that in most places you cop dope you gotta walk past like 5 crack dealers, and often the dope dealer sells crack as well. There are no other drugs readily available in these areas, only heroin and crack. You can't even get regular powder.

I haven't met a lot of heroin users who use coke regularly. Most of them I know don't even like coke. The only people I know who do both are street users
