Correct, it's #4 there.
Back when i still lived in Jersey I tried smoking dope just for the hell of it one time when i was bored, it was a waste. It's perfect for sniffing or if you'd prefer IV it dissolves in a heart beat - so why bother smoking it?

to clean wash it out 3 times with bleach,6 times with alcohol .9-12 times with boiling water ,or you could leave some alcohol inside the syringe if you dont plan to use it right away ,but make sure to wash it before the next use

Its not a good idea to use your own urine to shoot the dope with either....I would never do that.......but sometimes desperate people do crazy things, and that truly is the nature of addition.

^Yes. Heating a shot for like 7 seconds does absolutely NOTHING to kill bacteria and shit. You need to boil it for at least 15-20 minutes for it to be effective.
 
what about plugging dope, anyone try this, i heard its the closest u can get to IV without actually shooting up
 
Heroin affecting vision?

So I am pretty new to heroin, but not other opiates. Tonight I sniffed no prices worth of heroin over a period of some hours and I noticed my vision going all funny, like double vision hard to focus my eyes, hard to see even. I wasn't even nodding or that high so I don't think I took too much or anything. It seemed like just a side effect. I was wondering if this is normal or anything to worry about?

I need to mention I am going through protracted benzo withdrawal right now, and my vision does this exact same thing it did on heroin every time I get over tired. So I think it may be related. The only reason I was concerned is because other opiates don't seem to do that. My vision came back to normal as soon as I came down a bit from the opiate high.

This is normal, it happens whenever I'm really high. I used to even get it from high doses of hydrocodone haha. Just don't drive, when its doing that and you are driving its like you gotta constantly blink then close one eye and do weird shit just to keep your eyes in focus.

How long after taking heroin would it be safe to take ketamine with no more residual respiratory depression fro the opiate?

Hmm.. I get this too. When I get good and high on anything else I get the double vision/ nodding out eye thing going. But with sniffing H I get a weird /out of focus thing going, but not because I'm nodding, or even high...

I would at the very least wait 18-24 hours. It would be safe if you went to sleep for the night, still high from Heroin, and woke up the next day ready to do the Ketamine.

I took a decent amount of K only 16 hours after taking a shot of H, but in between I took a great nap, which seemed to make the H wear off faster. I had no ill effects :)

I would wait a good 24 hours after using heroin to indulge in Ketamine. The respiratory depression from the two, if combined, could potentially lead to trouble.

But, personally I have combined the two on a few occasions. I didn't die obviously, but the respiratory depression was very noticable and almost scary. The nod from shooting dope combined with borderline K-hole effects is strange and scary. Total body shut down. I could see how it could become dangerous, real fast.
 
Redosing heroin

Any tips on redosing heroin? I never really redosed any other opiates. I notice that after a few hours the euphoria goes away but there is still a high level of opiate in my system because my pupils are pinned and i can't pee. If I try to redose to bring bacck the euphoria,m is there a risk of Od? What % of my initial dose should I go with?
 
U wont just OD.... there are "usually" signs (as long as ur a regular user) this does not apply to people chipping... so redosing is fine... when i first started out i was scared to redoes... but as long as ur not drinkin booze then ull be fine... just dont over do it... if u do to much ull puke first before overdosing or at least feel shitty... that is how know ive done to much... when i start to feel sick while im high... ull know when uve done too much... and if ur a retard and shoot (or snort) a shit load then ur just askin for trouble

I personally haven't tried it but have heard several times its very effective. higher bioavailability than snorting, quicker onset, a rush (weaker of course but I hear its still very possible), etc. only reason I haven't tried plugging H is because tar is too fucking disgusting for even my ass :!

Erowid says an insufflated dose is between 10-50mg for people without tolerance, is this accurate? (although obviously it is going to vary from batch to batch).
