what?! it's not that easy to get on methadone/suboxone. And I mean mentally not in terms of finding a clinic, etc. :<

Anyways, this was a nice post. reminded me a lot of the BOOK version of Requiem for a Dream, by Hubert Selby Jr. For anyone that saw the movie... the book is FAR SUPERIOR. I kinda hate that movie. Talk about lack of fact-checking!
 
This was a very interesting read. I've never done Heroin, but I use to have a bad Oxycodone addiction for a little over a year and a half when I was 18 years old. This story reminds me of the behavior I would go through just to obtain some Oxy's for myself. Now while sober for the most part, I see friends who have fallen into the same pattern of craving, and sacrificing so much in their life, just to obtain that high. In my personal opinion, if someone finds themselves going to such extremes to obtain and use a substance, they need to seriously take a look at themselves in the mirror and reevaluate where they are in life.
 
That was a great read man, I could really feel your feelings and see your surroundings. I'm not an opiate guy but I have my demons, and I'm very glad to hear you are clean man congratulations.

16 months clean n i agree completely. i go months of no uges or ne thing but all the sudden those thoughts start to slowoly creep in then they get loud and convincing... im fighting off this relapse pretty hard right now been on my mind everyday the past 3 weeks n gettn harder to fight it off each day!! LadyH is a bitch bro even if u leave her she still got u
