Have ran three bottles of epistane and two bottles of test prop, one bottle sustoject 250 and one bottle dbol
PCT was clomid and nolva. Later I did letro to get rid of gyno

Put on muscle mass, lower body fat

• Diet
Healthy, all organic. No junk. Have all my macros in check.

Usually 6 days a week; split -back/biceps: chest/triceps: legs: shoulders
What I trying to achieve this cycle is to put some weight back on, and lower my body fat. After my cycles I listed above I was at 208 lbs with about 9% body fat. My summer job killed my routine and I lost quite a bit of weight. I'm back down to 180 lbs now. Right now I have ample time to train and the resources to eat what ever I want so I want to take full advantage.
I have a bottle of test prop left so I'll probably use that. What else should I add in to achieve my goals? I want to keep my water weight down, keep my hard look I have now. I want to have good stamina and keep/increase my sex drive. Put on maybe 10 lbs of muscle and lower my body fat 1 or 2%.
The other thing I'm worried about is my gyno coming back, so what should I do to make sure it doesn't? Letro through the whole cycle? I'm worried about my sex drive.
