For my PCT this is almost exactly what I did for my last cycle, and about 3 weeks into it my gyno popped up with no real signs or symptoms. Anything I can do to make sure it doesn't come back?

Well, there is something you could do to make sure it don't come back at all. Instead of Anastrozole run Letrozole. It's a very powerful AI, powerful enough to reverse gyno and has a chance to literally nuke whatever gyno you might have. However, it's a bitch to dose because one particular dose might work for me but for you it might be too strong. Let me do some reading on it.
 
Alright I'm gonna try to keep somewhat of a log. I started my cycle and pinned 100 mg of test prop in my glute today. I forgot how nice the feeling is of doing test. I felt great today, even my girlfriend mentioned how good of a mood I was in. Weight is at 185 lbs and body fat is at 8.4%.
 
I pinned in my other glute on thursday and did my quad today (I have a feeling this one is gonna hurt tomorrow). I think I'll start running Anastrozole at .50mg today. I trained legs heavy yesterday and I'll probably do chest/tri's today.
 
anyone know a good place to get a marked dropper for taking the anastrozole? I'm figuring it out without one, but it would be helpful.
