I live in the Netherlands, which is one of the hardest countries in the world to obtain strong pharmaceutical opioids. Palladone is exclusively reserved for terminally ill people on their deathbeds, MS Contin, OxyContin and Durogesic are also only reserved for either terminally ill patients or for those who've been on weaker pain meds for several years and worked their way up from paracetamol/ibuprofen, to codeine with paracetamol, to pentazocine/dextropropoxyphene or tramadol, to finally the full-on agonists, which takes several years to reach. There's no drug scene for pharmaceutical opioids, none of them land on the street and no one knows about their existence. I've been very lucky to have been able to procure some MS Contins, IR Morphine, OxyContins and Durogesic, and all for pretty cheap as well, as the person who was prescribed them didn't know of their value or potential.

I started out on weaker stuff as well though, mostly Tramadol and poppy pod tea, and also as a rarity sometimes different opioids, like some Pentazocine, Fentanyl blotters(from another country though), Hydrocodone(also from another country) and 10mg IR and XR Morphine. Some while later, after getting more and more interested in opioids, the unique opportunities to obtain strong stuff presented themselves more often; a few strips of 10mg OxyContins, Durogesic patches, some 30mg MS Contins, and finally, a bit of Heroin. Once I had tried Heroin the first few times, it still wasn't that amazing or anything, it didn't stand out over the rest, but it was just damn cheap, always easilly obtainable and pretty fucking relaxing and mellow. Luckily I was only able to buy some Heroin from that dealer twice, after which she couldn't be reached anymore, and I lost her as a connection for H. Then half a year later, a new connection for Heroin popped up, which I inmediately grabbed with both hands, and went to visit to go score with as quickly as possible. I procured some sickly sweet Heroin of amazingly high purity, and even lower price, that stuff costed like no money at all. I inmediately bought a few grams to take home with me, and lived off of it for more than a month straight, taking it daily. After I ran out, I had no wd's at all, and I could reach the guy anymore, so I didn't think about it anymore for ages, untill recently I was able to contact him again. So the first thing I did was go over to him with plenty of money and several sterile unused 1cc 29G insulin rigs, and ended up shooting up with him several times that evening, living in the nicest bubble imagineable for several hours, somehow arriving home again after a long journey by train and by bicycle, after which I lived of the newly procured and even high quality H for a long while. Long story short, I've picked up some new stash for the week several times in the mean time, shooting up daily for two months now. I've had a month long Fentanyl addiction twice before now, but with the Fentanyl tolerance skyrocketing in a pretty fast time and only being able to buy the Fenta patches ones in a while, it prevented me at least a bit from being a fullblown addict. Unfortunenately with H, it's different. The stuff doesn't cost even near as much, it's of amazing purity, and so damn easy to obtain, and always available in abundancies. I'm going to kick it some day, pretty soon, but not right now ....

lol, i love when people say, "Im gonna kick it, just not today" LMAO, I hear ya man, the state the world is in today, i cant imagine it without opiates, if im ever in The Netherlands i will drop ya off a couple of OPANA ER's, (oxymorphone) its actually stronger and longer lasting than smack, GREAT SHIT MAN! that is if you dont mind sharing some of that good herb yall grow there lol

^^^^ Thanks for the Opana offer, you're more than welcome to drop by at my place and get smoked up on some killer skunk in that case I'm a lucky bastard though, and found a way to actually obtain some Hydromorphone and Oxymorphone by a friend from the US I'll be getting 10 or so 4mg Dilaudids and 2 40mg Opana ER's in a few weeks :D I'm pretty certain I'm the only one out of more than 700 million Europeans who has tried Oxymorphone then, since it's not prescribed in any European country. Hydromorphone is insanely rare in Europe as well, as it's only prescribed to terminally ill patients, and barely ever used as Morphine or Oxycodone are practically always prescribed instead.

RX were first for me.I loved the feeling,I never thought i would need them everyday which i didnt until i became a chronic pain suffer with fibromyaliga arthritis of the spine and 4 herniated disk in neck and 6 in my spine. but before i was getting them prescribed to me i would do the rx's from a friend.Then i try'd heroin.Nowadays if there is some good heroin going around i will pay for a few pacs instead of doing my norcos or other pain meds.The buzz and pain Management is by far better with the heroin.As i said before i really have a hard time explaining things so i hope u get what i said.

I abuse prescription opiates/oids mostly hydrocodone/oxycodone, with occasional morphine and dilly's. I would have made the switch to cheaper heroin a long time ago, however everybody I talk to has no idea how to find it, and the one or two people I know who could probably find it, tell me to stick to pills because they are safer.8) So to answer you question, I would switch if I could find it, if nothing else than to save some money out of my pocket.

To all those people who have done pills but have never done heroin but are still CURIOUS as to how it feels yada yada...I can say DONT DO IT probably all I want because in the end we all know we're gonna do whatr we want to do but DONT DO IT.

The seemingly "cheaper" and "stronger" route may very well soon turn into a daily dose of medicine just to feel normal/semi-normal and very very expensive. There may be mornings you get up, spend your last $40 on some blow, shoot it and still be sick...just wishing you never let the demon enter your life.

now some other people may "control" this drug/try it out successfully, but if you really think about it, why would you "try" a drug if you may not like it? My understanding is someone who is curious about heroin probably already has a love affair with other opiates, so in trying heroin, you generally want a good feeling, no? Otherwise, why would you try the drug in the first place? So you try heroin and like it like you thought you would but just had to try it out to make sure, and then 5 months later you may have to do it every morning before you even pee or get dressed.

believe me if you get hooked on heroin there will be ZERO money in your wallet.

If you get a very large habit that is. Believe it or not it happens with many heroin addicts.

What are dilly's? I assume some kind of opioids, right?

Thank for the clarification! I have never seen both of them either, though I'll be getting some of both in a few weeks. Oxymorphone is not available for medical use here, and Hydromorphone is exclusively used for terminal patients on palliative care, so they never make their way onto the black market either. But, I've found a way to get them anyway, just import them from the US, get them from a friend who can get them and is willing to send some in the mail %)

I've seen it used before, but never new the meaning of it, except that it was often used for pharmaceutical drugs. Only heared of it on the forums though, never in real life by anyone. Also, Dilly's, is that a slang word too, or is it derived from a real name?

I'm honestly not sure where the abbreviation came from, I just know that it is an applicable way of writing it.

Actually, I find the heroin high much more natural and real. I've only used tar, and I could say it's my favorite opiate high.

It's definitely easier to be submerged in the feeling than a lot of other opiates, at least for me. But given my lack of care for the rush involved, I honestly think I like pod tea more. Same immersive feeling, I know more about the product and where it was before entering my hands, and it's sooo long lasting. Nausea isn't the greatest, but hey, I almost puked on the h anyway

A lot of my friends loved to smoke/snort heroin (black tar) and I never really liked it...it didn't give me the high I expected from smack so I just stuck with the OC's mostly...that of course all changed when I discovered needles.

Nowadays I'm back to pharmaceuticals exclusively, only Bupe tho :D

That's a yes from me, I was doing crazy amounts of oxycontin, 580mg a day usually. I didn't start doing heroin until AFTER I went to rehab, and after I had gotten on methadone maintenance. First time I tried heroin was after doing every opioid pill in existence, and even though methadone was blocking most of the effects, I fucking loved it. I havent been able to do any recently but as soon as I get my paycheck it is on.

Yes. Heroin is cheaper, and a cleaner, smoother high. It doesn't make me feel crappy afterward (ironically). Vicoden made me nauseous but I couldn't puke, with heroin, I can practically puke at will like a vomit breathing dragon.
Oxy gives me opiate sickness, and everything else is impossible to obtain in my area.
Heroin's just nicer to me, withdrawals aren't as long either.

This site is incredible. I am an amatuer at best. This site has given me great amounts of information. But nothing tops this thread. Never would I have thought that my "love" for opiates is similar to and can lead to heroin use. Ive watched drugs destroy a couple peoples' lifes. Never did I think I was on such a serious road. Even with 80+ Oxy 80mg pills in my possession will I take another. Only if I find my withdraws are too much for me will I use these to taper off. But today, I persue leaving this habit and addiction. Fuck it doenst even get me high really. It just kept me relaxed at first. Now its just a continuous "oh crap Im sweating insanely and feel like crap, must be WD, ok ill take another" cycle. IM DONE! You people fucking rock!
