I think this would be my ideal version of myself or the best I could aspire to.

As you can see, she's still pretty skinny, but has good-sized breasts and muscle-mass. I also think it's what most others would consider the most ideal. At least that's just how it looks from my perspective, someone else could have a different view.

If I can achieve something close to that I should be okay, I reckon. Not all women can have fine delicate hands. There's got to be some variety, etc. Would be boring if we all looked like my feminine ideal, after all.

(Something between Brigitte Bardot and Helena Christensen, or a more Madonna type built, an ideal medium between the Northern and Southern European type - though all 3 have their own appeal)

I bet most guys would like a lover of each type, for what they have to offer.

The Northern type - more heavyset but with larger breasts and good substance - The Southern type - more delicate with a smaller chest but with slimmer, more rounded hips.

I think curves makes a woman beautiful and unique. If your body is anything like the ones you posted your are absolutely gorgeous. Even if it isn't I am sure u are very beautiful. I like your threads and the way you think. I know that looks is just a part of true beauty. But the mind to me makes a woman super pretty . Thank you very much, that was super-sweet. And referring more to the reality of it:

First, yes, I am actually built like that, or there would be no reason for me to post all those images, as it's not really my personal ideal, and also not the ideal of modern society. That would be more someone like Pamela Anderson, who I think has a better figure, but I'm not really built like that. My personality is a bit like PA's, though, when I'm happy. Or sweet, but a bit ditzy, and with a more spiritual charisma. At least she's someone I can relate to.

The other thing is, that after cutting down on all drugs and taking better care of my health, like eating better, for the last month, I was able to do a 3 hour Yoga session today (and on the Yogamat my dad bought me). One of those that make you feel wonderful, both relaxed and stimulated at the same time, or kicks up lots of good neurotransmitters. Compared to my usual, lazy 45 minute stretching session in bed once a week.

But I think the main improvement I've done is that I've started taking Iron supplements, as I'm a vegetarian, and I was very low on Iron and had a low count of red blood cells. I also hadn't been taking my asthma medication so I was hardly getting any Oxygen and for a long time was so weak I was barely able to move. I told the woman at the pharmacy, when I went to get it, "Well, I hope I don't pass out on the way home" (even though it's only 500 meters from where I live), because I was literally feeling so weak.

I guess it's true what many doctors and health specialists say, that it's even more the unhealthy lifestyle than the drug that is the problem (for addicts of any kind). But it's very common to neglect your health while you're using as it makes you feel like you don't need anything, apart from the drug, which is very untrue. So I'm kind of repaying everything I owe my body now, or starting to.

And so I'm also starting to see changes in the way I look, although there's some way to go yet. Imagine a Meth addict (the drug that impacts someone's appearance the most severly) and how they gradually end up looking like that and then gradually lose the look when they quit.

I feel it's something like that. But by the end of the year I should be looking decent again. Assuming I stay on the straight and narrow. When I was using badly I wasn't proud of how I looked but I didn't care (had more essential things to worry about).

This can be a great motivator for women, though.

I think and I may be totally wrong but I think a majority of men at least these days wouldn't think Pamela Anderson is that physically attractive. I'm not a huge tits person again just my own taste. I also really love natural beauty. Nothing fake. It is alot easier to see a person's inner beauty if it's not through a filter of man made ideas of beauty

A sight for sore eyes and almost proof there is a God in itself - that level of beauty.

It's not just the forms, but even more, the ENERGY OF BEAUTY flowing through her that makes her so uniquely beautiful. Such a high, spiritual energy, I've only seen in a very few (like Linda Evans).


P.S. How much can beautiful curls do for a woman?

Would you want her that bad with short hair, after all?

I'm guessing not, hair makes a real difference for women (too bad I had to cut most of mine off).

It is not true that everybody judges you on your appearence, some people do, some people don't.
Anbody that wants to judge me on my appearence is entirely welcome too shortly before fucking off and never returning.
There is a tacit assumption that there is a body shape that 'men' like best, there isn't, everybody is unique and individual and like what they like, it's the way of the world.
I wouldn't bother commenting on a thread like this usually and I don't really want to rain on your parade but there are going to be other people reading this some of whom are going to be insecure about their bodies and reading shit like 'Helena Christensen, although I'm not as huge as her' is just outrageous. She is not fat never mind 'huge', the sickly, anorexic stick insect ideal perpetuated by the fashion industry is body fascism and it is hurting people, young women in particular but increasingly men too. It is not ok to pretend that this obsession with body image is healthy or an appropriate topic for conversation without also noting that it is shallow and pointless and discriminatory. Talk about a healthy diet, talk about exercise but a 'does my bum look big in this?' thread?
The most attractive thing about anybody is their brain, if I cant talk to you then what you look like isn't going to make any difference and vacuous crap like this rather kinda illustrates the point.
I appreciate that you may find this answer hurtful but I don't intend it to be such, there really is a problem with this thread and if you can see it rather than just respond to me then you may be one step nearer to resolving your own problem: 'Making that post on the health board sadly made me feel a bit self-conscious about my own body'.

Thanks, I appreciate your post actually, and think you're right.

Men just have very different views about these things. Like OTW kicked off when I pointed out her looking really anorexic in that picture, when she did, and seems to be strangely defensive about models and the model industry. I don't normally go around worrying about this topic or whether a model has eating disorders or not. I'm sure there are many who have, and also many who don't.

But come on, let's be realistic, there are enough normal women with these problems so it's not like it's not going to be an issue for those working in an industry with so much pressure to stay thin and their livelyhood dependent on it (and if they have a naturally large built they can't barely afford ANY fat, as they only make clothes in one size, or something).

Women who are obsessing about skinny models and the model industry are usually the ones who feel too fat themselves, and are just jealous of the women manage to stay slim, so they take it out on the models or the industry. But I can't be bothered with that, or don't see what their weight has to do with my weight, or ability to keep my ideal weight. I only used a famous model as an example as it's an easy way of showing everyone something that can't be described in just words what I'm talking about.

Anyway, you're taking the thread a bit too seriously. I wasn't really asking if I'm too fat or if my body is ugly (bad choice of title) or anything. I was simply interested in hearing what kind of body types men prefer, and if my body type would be found attractive by most men, more out of curiosity's sake than some kind of neurosis. I don't really have body issues, apart from having to deal with what I see as my imperfections just like anyone else.

I just find it interesting to compare female body types, and if I could choose I might choose a slightly different built, or a bit smaller. Like, say, if female body sizes were divided into 5, and 3 was average, I would rather be a 3, when I'm more like a 4 (I'm not monstrously large either). But that's just my own personal taste. Men have very varied tastes and some would find me too big while others would find me just right.

I guess I would just prefer to be a bit smaller and more delicate as that would make me feel more "ideal" and feminine. Like a man would prefer to be larger and it would make him feel more like a man. It's only natural for both sexes, but I realise this is a luxury problem, and you're right there might be women reading this who are worse off or have real issues with their bodies. Then this thread might be discouraging, or a bad influence for them to read, but I never meant to upset other women with my thoughts.

I could look at this for ages. The radiance in her face. This kind of beauty can be so uplifting it can give you a visual high or put you in a state of visually induced bliss (like getting a high off music).

For those who make fun of me for posting pictures of beautiful women, this is why. It's like an uplifting work of art. Even more affecting, as it's also ensouled with the human spirit. And there tends to be more female examples than male. I don't feel envious of their beauty, I just appreciate it.

But she's really enchanting, or has enchanting powers, I guess what would be called an "Enchantress" in olden times as it's so hard to take your eyes off her.

I've started to believe that "Beauty" is an energy of its own, just like love or power, that is something separate from the actual forms of a person's face. So, if a beautifully formed face also holds this kind of energy it's perceived as much more beautiful. Also, if it's lacking in this "beauty energy", or rather has the opposite of it, it will be repulsive to look at, no matter how perfect the forms are.

Someone like that (male or female) also tends to radiate exclusively positive emotional and spiritual energy, and I think this is part of it as well. But that's not all there is to it, as there are also many great spiritual souls who are plain, or even bad-looking. One thing these types seem to have in common, though, is a powerful sense of LOVE, in the eyes, and also a sense of purity. I've never seen a truly great beauty that didn't also express this powerful sense of love.

At least I find the subject very interesting, even if some might not. It's much more interesting than the subject of body types, I find.

There are few HC's, or beauties of that level, though.


Linda Evans was comparable in her younger years, and has the same look of love/purity about her, and also a powerful spiritual charisma (she was ridiculously angelic or like an angel in human flesh).

And Britt Ekland also had some of that kind of beauty. Not as grandiose, but she also had some of that innocence/purity when she was young. And could especially express a great sense of JOY and lightness about her, that's my favourite thing about her (or very high-vibration). She was so delicate and frail, though.

Somehow can't get enough of these young pictures of her, either. So enjoy all of these. You can almost meditate on some of these pictures and feel them uplift you (it's partly the great beauty and partly the higher consciousness).

Visual beauty doesn't always go along with spirit, though. But you can see a few, someone like Pamela Anderson would also be of that type. It's just rare enough to see, both that kind of beauty and spiritual consciousness, that I really sit up and take notice when I see it.

Very inspirering for a woman, and shows the link between inner and outer beauty, too. And I don't see how anyone could take offense at these pictures, it's just a tribute to female beauty.

They really are a literal work of art. To be admired. As all women and men are. We just have learned what we find alluring in a person over time and experiences. I belive all creatures are works of art with there own radiating energy and we all find a match of the little features we find most pleasing to our senses to be the most seductive or enchanting as you said.

Hm, I wouldn't say I always look like a work of art, especially when I'm living rough without looking after my appearance.

When I said I had big lips, I meant more like Britt Ekland, though. Not like silicone-lips, or a black woman's lips, just bigger than most white women. She has these incredibly firm, tight lips that look so sexy, though. I can get lips like that if I do facial exercises to tighten up those muscles.

That reminds me, facial exercises is a great way of keeping your face in shape, it works just like regular exercise works for the body. Many have a 20 year olds body with an old woman's face, but they wouldn't need to if they exercised and massaged their face to keep the bloodflow going and the tissues in shape. It will definitely make someone look much more healthy and vibrant. And it's much better than using fillers to make up for the loss of fat or muscle-mass that comes with age, or gives a much more natural result.

It's not just to stay young, either. It can be used to improve the shape of your face in many ways and just to give you better contours and shapes overall. You can use it to build larger cheeks (instead of using fillers or implants), enlargen your eyes, lift your eyebrows, get larger lips, and build a stronger jaw-line.

It can definitely be a great beautifier, and like micro-current, it can give you a natural facelift (facelifts are barbarous and look horrid). It's just a great enemy of the plastic surgery and beauty industry, as it can be done for free, so you don't hear much about it.

I have known, and even dated many anorexic women and I can categorically say that Helena is not anorexic in this photo. The mistake you make by highlighting a shot like this is that it is one in a shoot of dozens of attempts to capture the perfect pose where the model appears lean and her lines long. Let's ignore the obvious use of lighting, make up and likely post production photoshop and accept that for this one shot there are probably twenty more where the model was slouching, creating folds of skin across her stomach, or her face distorted, or her hair falling across her eyes.

This doesn't make her any less beautiful. Men would be seriously disappointed if they were to judge her solely by this shot. Real life is not a photo shoot. A woman will struggle to look perfect the next morning as she runs naked across the room to the toilet with post coital bed hair and cum dribbling down her thighs. But for me personally, that is when I appreciate a woman's true beauty.

Using still photos to judge beauty is flawed because it fails to capture how women hold themselves in real life. You can not hide behind make up or shadows, in the perfect pose for ever. An attractive face can be lost once her facade is removed. Even the way a woman walks and carries herself has just as much bearing on her perceived beauty. The most beautifully poised face may be ruined by a resting bitch face or a squawking voice that scratches glass when they speak.

Two very different bodies. Not much more than skin and bones here, her breasts are like half their size, set or lighting has nothing to do with it. The one you posted she looks perfectly healthy.
