Yes fubz, it was the man from Dr. Feel good. I've not heard / or listened to him. So he survived the cancer, it was a nice programme . Canvey Island to Saturn and the stars.

Yeh, he's a lovely bloke (and a top guitarist) - I heard an interview with him shortly after his diagnosis and he was so chilled about the whole situation. His attitude was just 'I've had a good life, so be it'. His last wish was to release an album of blues material with his mates - which he did - and 2 years later he's still here. Bloody legend!

I'm good cheers! I just ran 13.8km in 1hr12 (third longest run ever for me); now my legs hurt a bit. But since both the health thread and the pain thread are out of action, I have to post about it here :p

Since I ran both sessions at running club tonight, I was stopped for about 10 minutes between sessions after the first 5.5km, so I guess it should really be 1hr22 ish. I regularly run nonstop sub 5min/km 10kms these days though, so even at, say, 5:30 pace to account for the extra distance, 13.8km would only take me 1hr16. I'm getting quite fit! But can always get fitter.

Those threads are dead. Once you merge threads on vbulletin it's impossible to undo, without a database rollback. We should probably start new ones.
 
Raas stop it. I can fight my own battles thanks n it's an error on the mods part. Chill out :)

Hmmm... just made it back from the off licence in less than 30 minutes (only chatted to two people). There are records and records I 'spose?
 
Next time my extended (his) family are going through absolute hell and life really is very, very emotional and stressful and really filled and fuelled by abject worry, terror and misery remind me not to buy a 20g bag of Radio 3f PM..I really have no idea when I last slept...it's Thursday now right?

hmmm may as well as add some mepth and a bottle of premium vodka to the mix right?

My flatmate has got the rest of this week off work so it will be a fight each day for the Xbox and Battlefield 4. So with that in mind I am off to bed so I can hopefully beat him to it (no chance).

I know the feeling, most weekends we have the same discussion over ours - today he asked me to pick up his daily quests as he didn't have time last night and will finish them tonight (they reset each morning / Destiny).
