I managed to get to sleep last night and leave the 3fpm alone, although I was doing a bit of frantic speed talking to people for a while.

Feeling much better today, might actually get something useful done.

Yes it has :D, woke up rough, valium and vodka has took the edge off everything. Gorgeous day out so shorts are on (scary sight) busy cooking a couple of chicken and a tray of roast veggies - once they are done, patio and snoozing in a benzo induced haze.

Got about two hours sleep, inexplicably. Felt like the walking dead at work and had to deal with the cleaner stabbing himself with and then losing a dirty needle, which is nice first thing on a Saturday morning anyway, never mind when you're so tired you can't see straight. If you're wondering how you manage to stab yourself with and then lose a dirty needle, then me too tbh. Mental capacity is on the level of a soggy rusk right now, hoping weed man doesn't take long so I can go be comatose in bed.
