how can I spot a respiratory depression beggining and how to combat it?

tramadol does very little regarding the depression of the respiratory system, I'm more curious about the benzo mix

Fuckin hell morpheus, that's quite a combo. Respiratory depression can be quite easily identified when you have to make a conscious effort to breathe. Unfortunately, people usually pass out before it becomes noticable. Get loads of coffee down you and try to stay awake ffs. Take care man...

Although you've had a lot of benzos, they're not really a problem on their own. It's the mix with tramadol that concerns me. I'm not really familiar with tramadol, but I do know that 1200mg is an excessive dose. So please keep checking in to let us know you're ok mate.

max I will nod out considering how I feel now, I didn't take 8x150 mg at once now, I dosed 4 now, had 4 before like some good hours before, just the benzos were dosed now, I dosed some other doses of the benzos listed today earlier but didn't count them in

When you start noticing the respiratory depression that's when you are already in trouble, you don't wanna just pop downers until you stop breathing mate. You really need to slow down on the benzos and tramadol, taper the tramadol first then the benzos to avoid seizure risk as the benzos are probably the only thing stopping the tramadol from giving you a seizure at the doses you take.

For some reason I actually like you even though you really are Roma & a gypsy under all your protests about it.

as the benzos are probably the only thing stopping the tramadol from giving you a seizure at the doses you take.

I was previously on a binge doing a similar thing to you except I was using oxy not tramadol. Was taking five different benzos on top for a few months and I had access to so many I just ate them like sweets without even thinking.

Trust me it's fucking you up more than you notice. I didn't even realise how bad it was until the people around me got seriously scared for my wellbeing, sat me down, and told me how different I was acting. I think they thought I was on smack or something with the way I was behaving. I honestly thought I was acting normal. That's benzos for you. Delusions of sobriety.

You just assume because you have a tolerance you are invincible but this is not true. I almost overdosed mixing benzos and oxycodone before. I could literally feel myself stop breathing, I turned white as a ghost, and had to bosh speed to keep myself awake and consciously focus on breathing for hours. It was fucking scary. I realised only after how close I was to death and tapered myself off the oxy and stopped taking such stupid amounts of benzos.

Now I've been assured I am back to my normal self. I am back to taking benzos therapeutically for my anxiety aside from the odd weekend sesh with mates or my bird. No opiates at all now. I genuinely feel much better for it too.

You have only been doing this for a couple months yourself so you can get off with relative ease as I did. The longer you go the worse it gets.

Take it from me you are doing yourself no favours at all. It is pure self-destruction the path you are going down.

I guess I'm not the only EADD member who has seen that kinda logic drop people & friends to the ground & a few buried in the ground.

Now I've been assured I am back to my normal self

Nobody came to consult me on this matter, I have quite a different opinion on this subject may I add!
