๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ Social ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ Gibberings ver. CCXIX - "what's new, c*nty chops?"

The one bit of history I love to toss at the BLM & The Socialist Worker idiots who love holding up signs about racism is the early history of Liberia. The capital of the country is Monrovia named after James Monroe who was the 5th President of the USA & was a huge fan of The Back To Africa movement. Cut the tale short the free black folks who got on a boat to "go back home" ended up putting the native people into Slavery using 100% same methods they were subjected to live under, began social rules equal and at times worse than the stuff in South Africa, even killed people for having sexual relationships with people who "were below them" among many other examples of how kind humans are to each other.
Also Winnie Mandela, the fan of burning gays with a car tyre round their neck soaked in petrol is something "The Left" like to skip over for some reason & her husband had NO issue getting his bomb material from the IRA and also had no issue putting bombs in public, yet another bit of historical fact "The Left" like to skip over.
Oh, there's loads the left would like to sweep under the carpet, a local example being the corruption of the Labour Newcastle led by T Dan Smith, but it has to be said, without them, life would be a lot harder. As well as obvious stuff like the 2 day weekend, the NHS etc. most don't know Harold Wilson, who history has a less than pleasant take on, simply refused to commit any British troops to Veitnam, on the grounds it wasn't supporting democracy. It's why his government had to devalue the pound, as retaliation from the US.
My grandad said to me, that one of his proudest days, along with the day my mam & my aunt were married, was the day the NHS came into existence (he was a miner with a shitload of industrial injury conditions).
Almost having one of those, put on my combat jacket, go into the street and announce "Power to the people" moments. I reckon some hoggers and a pair of jeans wouldn't go amiss, either!

I love the music by Burzum, I did a kind of Burzum tour when in Norway to see the places where his most famous crimes were done BUT his views about Political groups sucks ass, the link is to a T-shirt he takes pride in being linked to, I find it one of the most foul things ever. If you don't open the link the answer to your question is a Yes.
The worst IMHO in WW2 were the Japanese group known as Unit 731.

To me they were worse than any of the medical experiment's the Germans did by a long way. For some reason they aren't that well known about for some reason but I'm a huge "Otaku" when it comes to Japan, their history, culture etc so as I've been unemployed for a while instead of watching daytime TV for months on end I go online & learn about art, history, weird animals etc, due to being weird I check out the biggest Serial Killers of all time, most horrific medieval ways to kill people, worst cases of Genocide in history etc, I'm also a massive fan of a podcast called Time Suck which is Dan Cummings who's a stand up comedian who goes over a subject for several hours each Monday, he has covered all kinds of stuff from Serial Killers like Albert Fish, bizarre Cults, the history of Greece, the life of Vladimir Putin etc.......he did a 7 hour 2 part podcast on WW2 for example. I'm also a hardcore Addict of the show on Yesterday (free view) called The World at War. I'm not an expert on the subject but I feel I can hold my own against most people in a debate on the subject.

When that stupid online harm bill is passed so much of a style of Black Metal I love called DSBM will be banned due to the images on the album covers and the lyrics are straight forward self harm, depression leading to suicide etc yet most people will have NO clue what this is about and this stuff will go under the radar. I've been banned for 30 days for linking an image of a Burzum album which only showed a piece of Classical Norwegian art, the painting in it's original form hangs in the National Art museum yet I've seen this track posted in the open with nothing done about it!!!!!!!!!
I'm sure you'll understand what this is about, the line about Napoleon taking the road before etc gives it all away to say the least.

PS, I know all about unit 731. The reason you don't hear much about it is:
A) the US desperately wanted the biological warfare information they had accumulated &
B) they were a tad sorry for nuking two of their cities.
Not one scientist involved in running unit 731 was prosecuted for war crimes, things all as repulsive as Mengele's shit in Auchwitz.

So the skinny sprinkles are definitely effective. They fill you up with very little calories. Some willpower is required though, it's not a cheat, cos if you eat stuff like chocolate which is very high in calories but doesn't take up much room in the stomach you could still put on weight.
Also it's very possible to over eat and give yourself uncomfortable bloating.
Best way to use them is to dissolve in 100ml water and leave it to thicken, drink, then drink shitloads of water to further fill you up.
Tbh I feel a bit cheated, as the same substance is widely available as powder or gel caps for a lot less money. I think when I need to RE-UP, I'll buy the cheaper unflavoured stuff.
Definitely effective, but requires motivation.
You know, rather than fill yourself up with useless fibre why do you not just eat low calorie food that is also nutritious for you! Getting your diet right is important for the future because you canโ€™t always rely on taking those bulking drinks.

Go to tdeecalculator.net and find out what your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) is, which is what your body burns just being alive. Just keep the option on sedentary. Play around with the number as itโ€™s just an average. Iโ€™d start with reducing it by 500 cals and after a week see what your weight is and you can adjust it then.

Weight loss really isnโ€™t that hard, you just need to eat less and move a little more. Focus on eating good lean protein and filling up with veg, I personally donโ€™t eat many carbs as Iโ€™m keto but thereโ€™s no reason you canโ€™t.

Ok I'll check that out, thanks.
I've lost weight before but I'm kind of in a difficult position right now. I've stopped taking drugs and even drinking for the foreseeable future after being heavily reliant on shit tons of them. It's quite hard for me to resist replacing it with junk food right now, so they're just giving me a little bit of a help at the moment.
You are right, and they're definitely not something I'd plan on using long term. But yeah I suppose just eating a couple of pieces of fruit and a pint of water would be healthier long term.

Sildenafil and Dapoxetine?
Taldafanil (cialis) and either dexedrine, 4-FMPH, or if it's my birthday, meth; of and copious weed/hash. At that point, I only need the nitrous mask to become Frank Booth (Dennis Hopper, in 'Blue Velvet'), complete with his charming catchphrase, "I'll fuck anything that moves"! ๐Ÿ˜

I'm reasonably close to that, especially the 'recycled energy' motif. Am agnostic really I suppose. My feeling is that I can see some energy-survival affer death (something we can't fully comprehend) but that 'we'...the 'I', comprised of the body./brain/mind synergy...ceases to exist. No awareness of anything after death, because there is nothing left with which we can perceive or imagine.

A bit like the recycling of water...clouds..rain etc with us perhaps being a single drop

We're so full of ourselves as a species we think we can define 'God'...some kinda personality which created the vastness and complexity of the Universe?

Sure we can, lol. We can't even comprehend massive numbers....let alone 'God'
Some of us can't even operate a vacuum cleaner (yes, guess who? ๐Ÿ˜…), so the existential mysteries regarding why we are here etc., an utterly laughable conceit!

Legend says his still running around naked and going to Church off his nut on smoked MDPV crying to the Vicar about Satan taking over his Soul.
Anyone who gives a person totally new to it 60mg of strong MDPV to vape in one go is a total fucking idiot. That guy was actually Evil and sick in the mind. I know enough about him and his nasty behavior, some of his behavior shocked me and that's quite a task!!!!
Well, wouldn't have brought this up, if not for this post. I once sent ยฃ100 in exchange for certain goods (it went recorded delivery, as it was cash). All I got in return was a lesson in the difference between someone being trustworthy and being funny.
Life is for learning. Life's too short to hold grudges, but plenty long enough to learn lessons about trust...

There are two books I found really good about weight loss. The first is called 'Waist Disposal' by John Briffa which deals with the more practical aspects, and Paul McKenna's 'I can make you Thin' which deals with the psychological aspects

He was always odd in my book, I never trusted him at all. Another EADD member who has vanished caused me issues and nearly got me really hurt, possibly killed but I'll not openly name them.
Shambles would openly comment on how he ripped off a local gang round here who are known through the whole of the UK, anyone with that logic is suspect IMHO.

Foolish is the sheep that seeks shelter offered by the butcher.
